Bertram 31 Flybridge Cruiser- Outside is a characteristicly huge cockpit. Underneath, there's the same original hull design that raced through heavy, wind-whipped, ten-to-twelve-foot seas to win the roughest Miami to Nassau race ever held.

Work that has been completed on this vessel:

1. Remodeled the cabin.  Cut out the cabin wall, removed all the previous built-ins and added two cushioned benches with storage below.

2. New cabin deck.

3. New teak trim at cabin.

4. Moved head to V-berth.

5. Replaced all of the windows.

6. Re-wired all electrical wiring.

7. New electronic trim tabs.

8. Replaced rotted wood at engine compartments.

9. New enclosed side hatches at cockpit.

10. Repainted most of the above deck fiberglass.

11. Repainted sides of hull (AWL Grip - Aqua Mist).

12. Repainted most of the above deck fiberglass.

13. New swim platform with intergral ladder.

14. New hoses and hose clamps for most all plumbing and vents.

15. New horn.  

16. New flybridge seat and support base.

17. Re-plated deck hardware.

18. New rudders.

19. "Prop-Speed" on all running gear and props.

20. Inspected both engines for wear.  Re-built port engine. Stdb is good.

21. All brand new exhaust system.

22. New water pumps- both raw and fresh water systems.

23. New gauges.

24. New electronics.  

25. New hydraulic steering.

26. New windshield. 

27. New spotlight.

28. New dripless shaft bearings and new cutlass bearings.

29. New batteries.

30. New raw water wash down pump.

17. Re-Plated Deck Hardware.
18. New Rudders.
19. “Prop-Speed” on all Running Gear and Props.
20. Inspected both engines for wear. RE-Built Port Engine; Starboard in good shape.
21. All New Exhaust System.
22. New Water Pumps – Raw and Fresh Water Systems.
23. New Gauges.
24. New Electronics.
25. New Hydraulic Steering.
26. New Windshield.
27. New Spotlight.

A few comments:

1.  The boat cruises between 24 and 26 miles per hour at 70% load.
2.  The fuel burn is approximately 1 GPM at above cruise speed.
3.  Boat holds 287 gallons (two tanks – 237 gallons and 50 gallons).
4.  Fuel Tanks are Fiberglass. Boat has always been fueled with Ethanol Free Fuel.
