As noted prior this boat is not your typical 1980 boat. Below is a partial list of upgrades completed over the past several years.

Lower Helm and Aft Deck
The aft deck is spacious with four comfortable deck chairs that can be moved around, however, have very solid stable bases. Each deck chair has an accent pillow. The aft deck is enclosed with a heavy duty EZ2CY enclosure from 2008.
All gauges were replaced in 2013 and look great!

Upper Helm and Flybridge
The upper helm provides incredible visibility and is provided shade with a bimini top with new canvas from 2014. There are two captains chairs and a forward L shaped bench seat.

Salon and Galley
The salon in this boat is light and airy due to her large windows and light colored carpeting. The galley and breakfast bar are located to the port side of the salon area forward. The entertainment center including flat screen TV, DVD player and surround sound are located forward to starboard.

Master Stateroom
The master stateroom in this feels larger than some apartments!! Her bed is a queen walk around. There is a private head with shower. There is a flat screen TV. This stateroom has an incredible amount of storage.

Forward Stateroom and Guest Head
The forward stateroom offer a V berth style bed. Excellent headroom throughout this boat, including the forward stateroom. The guest head with stall shower is just aft of the forward stateroom to starboard.

Engines, Generator and Mechanical
Crusader 454 Ci engines were installed in 1997. New transmissions also installed in 1997. Generator is Kohler 7.5KW.

Exterior
At the insurance survey in June of 2015 no blisters were sighted. Bottom was painted in June of 2015.
The hull of the boat was repainted before the current owner bought her in 2006. The deck has not been repainted. She has a power windlass and remote control spotlight. There are foredeck sun pads and a forward bench seat.
