     Caliente has been owned by yachting professionals and regularly updated. She has a great inventory and presents beautifully. This is a clean yacht that has documented maintenance and care. When the owner purchased Caliente he looked at a number of J/37's. All of them were less expensive than Caliente, but they all seemed to have issues. The current owner opted to pay a premium for this boat based on her shape when he purchased her and it was well worth it according to her current owner. This yacht is in great shape and will serve her next owners well.
