Stepping off the dock you board her from her port side into the cockpit the helm is covered with all new black canvas and is accompanied by a custom teak captain's seat (fold down). Down the ladder 5 steps into the galley/salon there is a chart station, to starboard w/plenty of stowage, to port is the galley with 3 burner kerosence stove and oven. A deep stainless sink is accompanied by a coolbox and 3 stowage boxes. Stepping forward is the dinette that seats 4, Starboard w/stowage under seats. To port is a settee that seats 5. Stepping forward you enter the head with retractable sink and stand-up closet. Forward to the master cabin, there is a v-berth with plenty of stowage compartments.

Deck
The aft cockpit is self-bailing and in good condition. All trim is teak wood. I find the weatherdeck, cockpit, and fittings of this vessel to be sound and in good cosmetic condition. The layout of the hull begins forward with a peak void space for anchor rode available from the deck aft of which are port and starboard V berths on the same level with a filler. To starboard aft of the V berths is the head and aft of that is the dinette and a chart table. To port aft of the V berths is a hanging locker storage space, aft of that is the settee, and aft of that is the galley. Five steps up the companionway ladder leads to the aft cockpit which has seating all round. This layout should be suitable for most intended uses.
Mechanical
Propulsion is provided by a 2 cylinder Volvo Penta diesel engine reverse mounted under the companionway steps. The engine is firmly mounted to vibration absorbing mounts attached to fiberglass engine beds. The engine is controlled by levers on the pedestal with movements transmitted to the engine components by way of push-pull cables. The exhaust is of the wet type after it leaves the engine the engine for a short span and has metal, marine quality engine exhaust hose, and a stainless steel uplift muffler in the line. The engine is located under the cockpit sole and is serviced by removing the ladder and hatches, or it can be reached from the cockpit lockers. An instrument panel with full instrumentation is in the cockpit within easy eye reach of the skipper. The operating hour meter indicates 1192 operating hours on this engine and this is considered to be low for this age/type/use vessel.
