“CAT’S PAWâ€? is a familiar name to Boca Ciega Bay and the local Yacht Club. She has sailed these waters for 30 years and was owned by several club members. She is now for sale and professionally upgraded to show extremely well for a sloop her age. Cat's Paw is also familiar to the west coast sailors having participated in many cruises along the coast. BROKERS REMARKS: New Yanmar engine installed in 1998,all standing rigging replaced in 2004 and it shows, mainsail replaced in 1997, 170 genoa replaced 1993, ACR 406 epirb 2004, simrad auto pilot wp-30/ replaced 2004, two piece bimini and dodger replaced 2003 and shows very well, 32â€? heli-arc welded wheel and steering with binnacle compass, garhauer davit lift system installed 2008, cruising chute w/atn tacker, teak cockpit table, two g.p.s.’s included, two v-h-f’s one built in and one portable, custom cockpit cushions installed and look great, adler barbour chill plate in galley, custom block and tackle, jack line and four safety tethers.
“CAT’S PAWâ€? is as straight as they can come. Seller disclosed she is probably ready for the seasonal bottom job and last job reported small blistering but none that were of concern or merit. She shows very well outside and in. lazy jack system on main. Furled genny, very clean and winches are back plated over standard factory install.
