37 Foot 1997 Silverton 37 C is for sale and located in Mystic CT.

**RECENT PRICE REDUCTION.

The two owner boat has been very cared for. The first owner kept the boat in a covered slip on Lake Erie. The current owner spares no expense keeping this boat maintained. This very versatile boat has the single stateroom layout. Stepping aboard this vessel, You will see just how large the cockpit pit. With in deck storage boxes, transom door and the large swimplatform, this boat would be great for cruising or fishing.

Stepping into the boat through the large sliding doors you find a very roomy salon. There is a very comfortable couch to port and storage cabinets to starboard with plenty of room for a few deck chairs. Down a few steps to the fully equiped galley with a 3/4 fridge and freezer combo, sink, cooktop and lots of cabinets, you will have everything you need at your finger tips. The dinette is port and colapses to form a double berth. Moving forward, the head is to starboard. There is a stall shower, electric head and sink. Forward is the main stateroom. It has a pedistal full size bed, plenty of natural light and storage every where.

On the Silverton 37 Convertible a wide beam allows for a stable, dry ride, while the expansive interior is designed for comfort and convenience. This is a versatile boat with plenty of cockpit space. Visibility from the tournament bridge is excellent, and it can easily be equipped for bluewater angling. Below, the finely crafted cherry interior is both comfortable and easy to maintain. A forward private stateroom has it's own direct access to the head, while the dinette and salon can handle a crowd. Gas or diesel power options allow for the choice that best suits an owner's needs.

37 SILVERTON POWER BOAT GUIDE REVIEW

With her rakish appearance, affordable price, and spacious interior, the 37 Convertible was a highly successful boat for Silverton during the 1990s. (An earlier Silverton 37 Convertible was produced from 1980–89.) Built on a solid fiberglass, modified-V hull with a wide beam and prop pockets to reduce draft, Silverton offered this model with “convertible” and “midcabin” interiors. (Note that the original floorplans were updated in 1993.) The convertible layout contains a single private stateroom forward with the galley and dinette down, while the midcabin features a small guest stateroom with over/under berths opposite the galley. A separate stall shower is found in the double-entry head, and the decor is a tasteful blend of teak or light oak trim and inexpensive fabrics. While the 37 is more family cruiser than fishboat, the cockpit is roomy enough for a couple of light-tackle anglers and features an in-deck fish box and a transom door. Additional features include wide side decks, wraparound lounge seating on the bridge, bow pulpit, a well-arranged engineroom, and side-dumping exhausts.
No racehorse, standard 320hp gas engines cruise the Silverton 37 at 15–16 knots with a top speed in the mid 20s.
