"Kika" is a good first boat with very simple and easy systems. Loads of storage areas makes for a nice weekend cruiser; large keel makes it very seaworthy along with the wheel steering and halyards led aft. Lots of room below for a 27 and the reliable diesel will get you in and out of the dock when the wind dies. The owners have purchased another vessel and are anxious for offers!
