Vessel Walkthrough
Starting forward we have a centerline queen berth in the master stateroom with a large hatch overhead, two built in lights, port holes starboard and port, two bullet lights and digital AC/Heat controls. On each side of the bed are shelves and storage. To port it continues with three teak cabinets concealing hanging lockers and storage, and to starboard there are three teak-doored cabinets, a Fireboy carbon monoxide alarm. On the starboard side is the entrance to the ensuite head, where we find a fiberglass molded floor and countertop, electric head with storage overhead, molded sink, chrome faucet, mirror, opening port hole and hatch. The walk in shower has overhead quartz lighting, glass door and a convenience seat.
Moving out the other head door into the companionway and moving across to port we find the guest stateroom with a large hanging locker with countertop, opening port hole, large hatch overhead, quartz lighting, carbon monoxide monitor and twin berths.
Returning to the companionway we move up three steps and aft into the main cabin. On the port side is the galley with Corian⢠countertops, stainless steel sink, many drawers and cupboard storage, Princess three-burner gas stove with oven, overhead cabinets, wall-mounted hand held blender, built in Black & Decker coffee maker, Seward solenoid gas control, built in Nova Kool refrigerator/freezer with a GE turntable microwave oven above it, desk-type area, GE 13â? color television with VCR.
On the starboard side of the vessel is the lower helm with a beautiful teak and brass wheel, ComNav 1101 autopilot, Furuno color video sounder chart plotter, Raytheon VHF radio, Raytheon RL70 radar, 4 inch Saturn compass, standard gauge and switch package, side power thruster control, and trim tabs.
To starboard of the helm station is a door that accesses the side deck. The salon has a La-Z-Boy sleeper sofa, wood fold-out table, engine hatches, Corian desktop with pullout chart shelf, JVC AM/FM CD stereo, JVC 12-disc CD changer, digital air conditioning controls, and carbon monoxide monitor. Next to the sliding glass doors to the cockpit is the electrical panel.
Moving through the glass doors into the cockpit, we have hatches to the generator and battery switches, on board water filtration system. A hatch that accesses the rudder post, trim tab mechanics and gen set. There is a full molded fiberglass transom with transom door and two bait wells. Moving through the transom door to the fiberglass swim platform, there are quick connect davits, stainless steel davit braces, fishing rod holders, fresh water wash down and transom shower.
Moving up the molded fiberglass steps to the flybridge we have an expandable table in the center, an ice chest, bench seating on each side with adequate storage below both seats. At the helm is a stainless steel wheel, standard engine gauge package, Bennett trim tab control, bow thruster control, Raytheon 1.750 fish finder, Raytheon R-70 radar with Raychart, Raytheon RC-620 Plus chart plotter, Raytheon VHF, ComNav 1101 autopilot, drink holders, Seafire automatic engine shutdown fire suppression system. The flybridge has a bimini top with full enclosure, and moving aft there is a large deck which extends over the cockpit.

With only 267 hours on the 300 hp Yanmar and 148 hours on the 8 kW Kohler generator, it is like new. âHIGH PRIORITYâ? has all the right equipment, including a bow thruster, fuel polishing system, all Raytheon electronics and a full flybridge enclosure. Also, forget about the original hard leather sofa, the owner has replaced it with a La-Z-Boy sofa sleeper.
