Vessel Walkthrough
Forward is the guest quarters with island queen berth with large drawers below, windows port and starboard, mirror covered chain locker forward, overhead hatch, three quarter length height hanging locker to port with shelving to port and starboard. To starboard is the ensuite sink with volume storage below, a large mirror with volume storage behind and overhead lighting. The ensuite head has a molded one piece fiberglass shower, shelving and a VacuFlush head.
Aft and to starboard is the L-shaped galley with full sized GE refrigerator/freezer, Galley Maid Empress three burner electric stove with oven below, large Panasonic microwave oven, plenty of sliding door storage, convenient water tank level gauge, in-counter trash access, drawer and cupboard storage below, beautiful double stainless steel sink and loads of storage space.
To port opposite the galley is the light blue leatherette C-shaped dinette/settee, large sliding door and drawer storage, and teak parquet flooring with hatch.
Moving up and aft three steps to the spacious salon with large L-shaped custom made cream leatherette couch with an extra set of cushions and storage below, the forward cabinetry has louvered doors with access to generator start/stop and monitoring gauges, a large counter for TV or stereo equipment, 13â? RCA color TV with VCR. Opposite the sofa is a cream color leatherette Lazy Boy chair. To starboard are the 110/12v AC/DC electric panel.
Moving down three steps to starboard is the tastefully decorated captainâs quarters with island queen berth surrounded by windows, built in make-up center with large sliding mirror and stool to port, Symphonic AC/DC color TV with VCR, large full height hanging locker, ensuite separate VacuFlush head system with mirrors and a molded tub/shower enclosure. All carpets, headliners and joinery throughout look like new and are in excellent condition.
Moving up and aft through the one inch thick smoked Plexiglas door to the spacious aft deck covered with a hardtop, wet bar with stainless steel sink, Raritan ice maker, lots of stowage below and fresh water wash down. There is a convenient center transom exit to the swim platform and ladder, Achilles tender and Tahatsu motor mounted on stern. There are also five-step boarding stairs with a collapsible handrail and wheels.
Up four steps and forward to the bridge we have separate captain and mates chairs, seating for three others, and a nicely done custom hard top surrounded in new Barrett Bonded glass. Please see electronics list below for details.
There are wide walk-arounds on both sides of the vessel and hip height stainless steel railings surrounding the vessel. Out on the bow are heavy duty fender mounts and foot controls for the Ideal automatic windlass.
With entry through the salon, we continue into one of the most immaculately kept and well lit engine rooms I have ever seen. Repowered in June 2002 with 385 hp. 3126 Caterpillars, the engine room has 5 DC lights, a Westerbeke generator and one inch thick insulation to dampen any noise in the salon and the rest of boat. The aft engine room bulkhead has tank manifold for easy fuel management. Below the engine room decking are two 8D heavy duty Interstate batteries and one 12 volt battery for the generator. This engine room should have a sign saying âPlease remove shoes before enteringâ?.
