"Freedom" sleeps six: two in forward stateroom, two convertible settee and two in the aft cabin.
Walkthrough
Starting forward is the double berth stateroom with all teak interior. It has a large overhead hatch; the forward bulkhead has a teak framed door for the rope locker, 12 volt fan mounted to the bulkhead, two teak shelves above the bed on port and starboard with netting in front and two brass swivel lights. On the starboard side are a three-drawer cabinet and a full mirror with a door into the head. On the port side is a large full hanging locker and door into the galley.
On the starboard side of the galley is a door into the new head. The head has a teak and holly sole with a Jabsco manual toilet. The toliet has a holding tank and a teak door to access the plumbing behind. It has a teak trimmed white Formica counter with a stainless sink and under counter storage. There is a large side window and overhead hatch with a solar vent. The walk-in shower has a fiberglass floor and drain and seat, shower head, window and overhead 12 volt lighting.
The port side C-shaped galley has all Formica countertops with teak rail. Forward is a large storage compartment underneath the counter and above is a Sharp carousel microwave oven on a teak shelf with overhead lighting and 12 volt fan. Along the port are acrylic siding cabinet doors, overhead window and hatch. There is a Force 10 marine gimbaled three-burner stainless steel gas stove and oven with a drawer underneath. There is cabinet door and drawer storage on either side of the stove. The twin stainless steel sinks have door storage underneath. Next to the sink is the large built-in Alder-Barber compressor refrigerator and small freezer. There is a see-through bulkhead to the settee.
Aft and up one step is the C-shaped settee with velour upholstery that converts to a double berth and high/low table. Under the table is a raised platform with access to the Perkins 4 cycle 50 HP diesel engine. Overhead is a small hatch, lighting and vinyl headliner.
The raised salon has two large windows port and starboard as well as forward and the entire boat interior has a teak and holly sole. On the starboard side of the salon, the nav station is located on the forward bulkhead with brass ship's clock, volt/amp meter, hour meter, Windberger amp meter and 110/12 volt instrumentation electical panel, fuel gauges, Data Marine distance meter and Simpson Lawrence windlass controls. New Unidine Antena, Furuno radar and swivel pedestal mounted Orion AC/DC 12" TV/VCR. In the aft section of the salon is a door to the aft stateroom.
The aft stateroom has a double berth with an overhead hatch, teak shelf with 12 volt fan and brass lighting. There is a teak shelf above the berth. Opposite this stateroom is a large cabinet door for storage and three drawers built into the wall.
The aft head has a teak trimmed formica counter, stainless steel sink with a porthole above, manual Jabsco toiliet, holding tank, window, a mirror mounted on the forward bulkhead, solar vent and overhead lighting. A large manual evacuator pump is mounted on the wall and across from the counter is a large hanging locker.
A half spiral teak staircase goes up to the cockpit where there is a large teak table with drink holders. At the helm is a 6-inch Ritchie compass, steering wheel, fiberglass seating with cushions, and all lines come back into the cockpit through quick lock cleats. There is an electric windlass winch mounted on top for pulling in the sheet lines and two Barrett #27 self tailing two-speed winches. Forward in the cockpit is a Standard Marine digital depth finder, Data Marine speed distance log, Horizon wind indicator and ST5000 auto helm. Moving to the aft of the cockpit is the 30 amp power cord and water pressure regulator. The cockpit has a full bimini top. Across the back of the transom is the boom traveler and car, 12 volt outlet for accessories, stainless steel rail and davits and a stainless steel boarding ladder. There is a 10'5" dinghy with an 8HP Johnson, 5 HP Nissan 2 stroke outboard. On the port side of the cockpit is a life ring mounted to the railing with a light indicator on it. There is a full dodger that covers the entire entranceway hatch to below deck. Both starboard and port sides each have a 20lb. propane tank locker.
Moving forward onto the non skid deck with life rails and stainless steel stanchions, the main mast has a full batten main sail, cover and lazy jacks. The forward mast has the same configuration with lazy jacks and full canvas cover. The running rigging is all in good condition. There is a Simpson Lawrence Horizon 1000 windlass with CQR anchor on a stainless steel pulpit with a roller as well as a back up Danforth anchor rigged on the railing. On the starboard side amidship is a stainless steel post with Furuno closed array radar mounted on it. On top of the main cabin is an Avon four-person inflatable life raft.

Broker's CommentsA great live aboard or cruising boat rigged with all of the right equipment. She has a comfortable floor plan with lots of storage and teak and holly sole. Low maintenance with non-skid decks and very little exterior wood.
