Accommodations
Sleeps six in two cabins and the convertible dinette. Forward is the guest cabin with V-berth, hanging locker, drawers for storage, opening port lights and large overhead hatch. The guest W/C is located just aft to port. Next is the huge galley and dinette with three steps up to the main salon. The lower helm is located to starboard. No built in furniture in the 10' by 10' salon allows for a variety of seating and decorating possibilities. Down three steps to the aft cabin there is a double berth to port with a single opposite, two hanging lockers and plenty of storage in the form of drawers and shelves. The master ensuite W/C features an electric head, vanity with SS sink and separate shower.
Walkthrough
Starting forward is access to anchor locker, and anchor rope. Just aft of that is a Vberth. To starboard you have several drawers and to port you have a small hanging locker and below the V berths are drawers. Moving aft to starboard you have another hanging locker and pantry for the galley.

The galley is along starboard side with double stainless steel sink, princess three burner stove and oven with GE microwave, three drawers and more storage. Aft on the port side you have a head and sink but no shower forward. Just aft of the head on the portside is a rather large dinette that would probably seat 7-8 people.

Continuing aft up three stairs to the main salon, which has a small couch, to the starboard you have a helm or wheelhouse with VHF above. There is also access to the engine room below the stairs, and in the deck in the main salon. Continuing aft through the main salon, you have the master cabin, which has a tapered double on the portside, and a single berth on the starboard side. Settee is in the center with storage below and many drawers below each berth.

Portside in the master is a full head and shower. To the starboard side you have a small hanging locker. You can access the main deck through either the port or starboard side. Steps and a ladder just above the master cabin access the flybridge. Flybridge has a helm seat forward bench seating along both port and starboard side. New electronics include a Humminbird Piranha II depth sounder and a West Marine VHF radio.

The vessel is covered with a bimini top and surrounded by stainless steel railings. Cabin is full walk-around, with an Ideal anchor/windlass up forward on the bow. Just aft of the bow on the trunk cabin is a large hatch which opens into a guest cabin all the way forward.

Mechanical
Twin Perkins 130 HP 6-354s that burn less than 4 GPH at 9 kts. New exhaust manifolds on both engines. New water pumps. Onan 7.5 kw Genset with new exhaust manifold and water box muffler. The newly insulated engine room is spotless showing the exceptional care that this boat has had over the past 15 years.

Broker's Comments

This vessel is in fair condition for her age, however is in need of a new owner and some TLC. Great live-a-board for a couple wanting to travel. Twin Perkins engines, generator, air, complete with full galley. Cruise the Keys, the Bahamas and the Virgin Islands for very little money.
