Accommodations
This 74 Hatteras Sport Deck has a wheelhouse with port and starboard side deck entry doors. A portside companionway forward down steps gives access to two VIP centerline staterooms with ensuite heads. The forward cabin VIP head has dual access and can be used as the day head. There is also a third guest cabin with over/under single berths and an ensuite head that can be used as a crews cabin.
Aft of the wheelhouse is a spacious galley to port and a starboard dinette. Just aft is the full beam main salon with access down to the master stateroom suite with centerline king berth, walk-in closet, and a large ensuite head with enclosed tube/shower. There is also a second small cabin forward of this suite that has an over/under single berths and en-suite head, but could easily be converted to an office.
Aft of the main salon through sliding glass and stainless doors is a generous aft deck with starboard step to an activity platform and swim deck.
Inside access to the flybridge is up a stairway from the wheelhouse. This flybridge has the helm station forward, with a wet bar just aft and a surround seating area with two tables. Moving aft are two fixed chaises and the tender.
Pilothouse"Kathleen" has the traditional pilothouse layout seen in the Hatteras MY series with a three place leather bench seat, pull out foot rest, and drawers and cabinets below. There is also additional storage under the flybridge stairs, at the port and starboard side deck doors, and under the helm. The expansive helm is well laid out with good visibility, along with easy access to forward and aft cabins and a stairway to the flybridge. This area has hardwood plank floors and quartersawn maple paneling.

GalleyThe main deck galley is exceptionally large with plenty of light and great working space tor any gourmet yacht chef. The galley features beautiful granite counters, quartesawn maple cabinetry, and hardwood floors. The layout provide an exceptional amount of storage in drawers and cabinets with pull out selves. The dinette is opposite to starboard with a granite table and c-shaped settee in beige ultraleather.

Main SalonThe main salon is full beam allowing for an exceptionally large living space including a dining area forward with full bar storage and wine cooler under the back side of the galley counter, access to the master stateroom suite to starboard, and an expansive lounge area with glass sliding doors to the aft deck. The salon features maple paneling, burled maple table, coffee table, and TV cabinet, rich medium brown berber carpet, and dual custom window shades.

Master Stateroom (aft)The huge master stateroom is full beam aft below an accessed from the main salon. In the forward companionway there is an additional cabin/office, along with access to the engine room. All cabins has solid maple privacy doors. This master features a king size centerline berth with (5) drawers under, built-in (6) drawer sets (port and starboard, built-in nightstands with drawers, and a large cedarlined portside walk-in closet. The cabin is finished in maple paneling and Berber carpet, with custom port and starboard shades.

VIP Stateroom #1 (midship)This cabin has a centerline queen berth with built-in nightstands (port and starboard), each with (3) drawers. The berth has (2) large drawers under. There are (2) cedarlined hanging lockers , along with a built-in (6) drawer set to port.

Vip Stateroom #2 (forward)This spacious cabin features a centerline double with custom bedspread and pillow shams and has two large drawers under. The cabin has a cedarlined hanging locker, (2) drawer cabinets (port and strb.), (2) additional lower cabinets, and port and starboard side shelves. It is finished in light brown Berber carpet, maple paneling, and a mirrored forward bulkhead with hidden anchor locker access.

Stateroom #4 (crew cabin)This cabin is forward to port with over/under single berths and an ensuite head with pocket door. The cabin has maple paneling and Berber carpet, with custom bedspreads and shams. There is a cedarlined hanging locker, a storage drawer under the berth, and a cabinet at the foot of the lower berth.
The ensuite head has Corian counter with integral sink, vanity storage, a mirrored medicine cabinet, and stall shower with glass door.

Stateroom #5 (office/captain)This stateroom is off the companionway to the master and was originally designed to be the owner's office. In this vessel it serves as a fifth cabin with an over/under single berths (2 drawers under), vanity with Corian counter and integral sink, ensuite head and stall shower, and cedarlined hanging locker.

Sportdeck"Kathleen" has the Hatteras 74 Sportdeck transom, which features a fully covered (10' x 12') aft deck, starboard moulded steps to a spacious activity deck, and a step down to the swim deck. The activity deck has (3) large storage lockers and it and the swim deck are protected with removable stainless steel rails.

FlybridgeThe flybridge is accessed from the pilothouse up stairs on the portside. The forward helm has a center steering station, Murray cushioned helm and navigator chair, and full helm instrumentation. Aft of the helm is the wet bar with a large Corian countertop, (4) fixed stools, sink, and refrigerator/freezer. There is a huge surround seating area behind the bar area with custom cushions and under seat storage, plus (2) removable corner tables. Just aft of this is the aft flybridge deck which has (2) fixed chaise lounges with cushions and the tender and crane.
