Broker Remarks
BB is a four stateroom boat that has been maintained with an open check book by a demanding owner.
Recent upgrades include: Topsides painted and new teak deck in 2011, interior updated, full engine and gen sets serviced in 2013, many interior updates in 2014 and much, much more! You will not find a cleaner, better maintained boat of her vintage anywhere! This one truly must be seen to be appreciated!
Salon
The salon entrance has custom teak and holly flooring. To the port is a Huge U-shaped sofa with storage underneath and high gloss teak coffee table, starboard side entertainment center offers Samsung flat screen TV, (3) Sony DSS receiver boxes, liquor storage, Marvel Clear ice machine, Sony stereo receiver with multi disc cd changer, electric panel located in upper location, Sony home theater surround sound system, watermaker remote panel, new carpet throughout in 2011, luxury soft goods/decor package including Hunter Douglas silhouette blinds, overhead lighting with dimmers switches, custom teak valances by Viking service center in 2010.
Galley
Located forward and up one step in the salon, equipment includes (3) double drawer sub zero under counter refrigerator/freezer units (2)Refrigerator,(1)Freezer, Aurora corian counter tops with bone colored corian sink and biscuit colored faucet, Kenmore full sized oven under counter,(4) burner recessed cook top with corian lids, Sharp carousel convection/microwave, (4) over head pull out drawers for canned goods, Amtico teak and holly flooring. There is a Kenmore stacked washer and dryer and central vacuum outlet are located in the companion way, just forward of the galley is a large dry storage locker.
Across from the galley to starboard is the 6 person dinette with a high gloss teak table top. There is also storage under the flip up seating, and the huge Samsung flat screen TV is mounted on the forward bulkhead.
Master Stateroom
The master suite is located midship port side with king sized berth with inner spring mattress, key pad A.C. controls, double hanging locker adjoined by custom bank of drawers Sony stereo receiver, (2) reading lamps, TV/DVD player located over a (3) drawer credenza, custom wallpaper, private head with stall shower (single glass door), sink, storage areas and Vacu flush electric head adjoins.
Guest Stateroom, Forward
Queen berth on centerline with innerspring mattress, hanging locker, private zone key pad AC controls, plenty of storage under the bed and in overhead lockers, mirrored forward bulkhead. There is also a built in Samsung TV and Onkyo DVD player. Custom wallpaper-private head with stall shower adjoins to starboard.
Guest Stateroom, Starboard
Twin single upper and lower berths, double hanging locker. (1) Snake style reading light over each bunk, TV outlet, custom wallpaper-starboard side head with stall shower doubles as day head.
Crew Cabin
Twin upper and lower bunks with mirrored storage lockers, double hanging locker, (1) snake style reading light over each bunk. Private head with stall shower that has an access door into the engine room. Custom wallpaper in the cabin and head.
Flybridge
