We ask that that you give us at least 24 hours notice (even more if possible) by email or phone before you wish to see one of our boats. That way we can be sure and block out some time for you to see the boat! We do not want you to arrive to an empty office because we are out showing a boat to your neighbor! Many of our boats are kept off-site & sometimes we can meet you at the marina/yard where the boat is located, or nearby and save you time traveling to Portside Yacht Brokers and then to the boat.

Accommodations & Layout Restyled version of the earlier 38 Double Cabin and offers a Raised Aft Deck which results in a Full-Beam Master Stateroom. Two Staterooms, Two Heads, Galley Down and Two Helm Stations makes this a comfortable Live-a-board/Cruiser. SALON & GALLEY: The salon is entered from the aft deck and has a Off-White Sleeper Sofa to starboard, Two Chairs (new upholstery & refinished 2002) and Wet Bar w/Ice Maker to Port. The Lower Station is forward to starboard and has a Signet Depth Sounder, Benmar Auto Pilot (2002) w/Dodger, Raytheon Hailer and Compass. Windshield w/Wipers (no blades), P&S Opening Windows, Beautiful AfromosiaTeak Wood through-out, New Beige Carpet through-out(2002).
