48' Chris Craft Corinthian CPMY Cockpit Motor Yacht

INTRODUCTION

This Chris Craft Yachtfish, was built by Chris Craft, on the Uniflite 48' Yachtfish mold, that Chris Craft purchased when Uniflite went bankrupt in 1984. She was a popular boat, with a roomy and well arranged interior, and a roomy aft deck that is fully enclosed for added entertaining area.  Access to the flybridge is via a stairway on the starboard side, so no ladder to climb.  She is diesel powered, has been updated, and with her current maintenance she just needs a new owner with the time to play. Current updates include fresh bottom paint and new zincs, the three newer A/C units have just been serviced and had new electronic controls installed, both icemakers have been serviced, new Shaw indoor-outdoor carpeting has been installed on the sundeck, in the cockpit, and on the flybridge, and new carpet on her interior.

EXTERIOR

She has a white, gelcoat exterior, and fresh blue antifouling on her bottom. Her foredeck has handrails, fender racks, and an electric windlass with 200' of new anchor chain, that can be operated by a remote held chain-counter/ controller.  She has good walk around side decks leading to the fully enclosed aft deck, that has a custom, acrylic enclosure with hard vinyl doors, and full Isinglass enclosure curtains. This sundeck has a custom bar, overhead cabinet system, Corian countertop, icemaker, sink, and filtered water. The floor has new carpeting along with new LED lighting.  Over $20,000 has been spent on this sundeck to make it your center for entertaining.

The cockpit has rod holders, a transom door to the huge, 1200# capacity hydraulic, 5' swim platform, with wireless remote.  On the platform is an Avon RIB inflatable with a 15 HP, 4-stroke Yamaha OB.

The flybridge is easily accessed from the aft deck via a stairway, and here you will find a fully enclosed bridge, with new carpeting and upholstered lounge seating with a custom dining table.  The helm is forward, on center, and features the following:

INTERIOR

From the aft deck you go down 4 steps to the comfortable salon with its new carpeting and separate entertainment center and icemaker. The entertainment center has its own sound system, Samsung 30" LCD TV, with a DVD/VHS player.  There is beautiful teak joinery work thoughout her interior, a custom Sopinich tri-fold Hi/Lo dining-cocktail table. All air conditioners are Cruisair, reverse cycle units, all with new digital control panels

Forward and down 3 steps is the unique gally area with new LG electronic, high efficiency, refrigerator-bottom freezer, a new LG microwave with vent over the 3 burner stove w/oven.  There is plenty of counter space, a pantry,numberous cabinets,and a trash compactor.

Forward of the galley we have a large vee berth, guest stateroom with an ensuite head.

The master stateroom is aft and has a full, walk-around, queen bed, dresser table, and lots of storage closets.  The ensuite head has a new custom molded counter/sink, bath tub/shower, and new electric head going to the Sani-treatment holding tank system and overboard discharge.
