VESSEL WALKTHROUGHCheoy Lee has designed a very impressive yacht with their 92 ft Cockpit Motor yacht. She has an incredible amount of space for a yacht of this LOA both inside and outside.
This Vessl was custom built by Cheoy Lee for the original owner in 1988. Her beautiful lines are reflected by her inviting and unusual use of space inside the vessel. Spacious and airy salon with bar, games table and desk/work area. Day head on port side of bar. Enclosed aft deck creates an inviting private area for conversation, quiet relaxation, open feel, yet totally protected vantage point from which to enjoy the sea.
From her deep and spacious aft cockpit, to her hugh foredeck with sunpad; and wide well protected walkways to an oversized flybridge: she has acres of outdoor space.
She is equally spacious inside with her full beam extended Salon, full beam Master aft, (3) additional guest cabins, County kitchen, and separate crew area with (2) crew cabins.
The yacht may be boarded either by a gangway that can be set up fore or aft on either side of the vessel, or from the opening door in her cockpit that leads to the swim platform. A stairway leads from the cockpit to an aft mezzanine with twin opening doors to the Salon.
Upon entering the Salon, there is first an enclosed aft Salon with seating areas to Port and Starbd. This aft section can be opened to the main Salon with sliding double doors, or closed off as a separate private area. It is bright and airy with large glass windows aft and to the sides, opening windows aft, and glass forward. It feels like an atrium with glass along 360 degrees.
The main Salon is exceptionally large for boat of this size due to its unique design and full beam width. It also has huge glass windows on either side, looks through the glass windows aft, and the view extends through the wheel house forward, through open or closed glass partitions.
The Salon is divided into separate areas. Aft - with a huge curved seating area to Starbd containing two comfortable curved couches divided by a table, and coffee table on the center. And another curved seating area to Port with plenty of walk through space between. A storage cabinet & TV center divides the Port side of the Salon from the aft seating area to a forward desk or computer station. A stairway is in the center, along Port side, leading down to the Master cabin, which occupies the aft section of the lower deck.
The Forward section of the Salon has a beautiful wooden table with 4 comfortable chairs on the Starbd side and is surrounded by functional wooden storage cabinets at table height so the view is not blocked out the side window. An incredible wet bar with granite counter top is at the forward section of the Salon. This bar also has opening glass windows that allow for conversations to the wheel house, or can be closed for privacy. A well-appointed day head to Port rounds out this comfortable space, and a stairway leads down to the (3) additional Guest cabins from the forward section of the Salon.
The central wheel house is accessed forward, either Port or Starbd of the bar and can be open or closed off to the Salon. A Foyer on the Starbd side has a door that opens to the side deck, and walkway forward, or stairway up to the flybridge. And there is also a door to Port in the Wheel House with access to the forward deck or flybridge. –
Forward of the wheel house is a stairway leading down to the huge Country Kitchen w/dining room, and forward of the kitchen is the crew quarters with 2 staterooms, crew lounge, and crew head.
The 3 Guest staterooms are in the central section of the boat, and the engine room door is at the aft end of the hallway between the guest staterooms. The master full beam stateroom is aft of the engine room, and is accessed from an aft stairway in the Salon. The master also has a watertight door exiting to the cockpit.
The top level flybridge is divided into two sections. Forward is a helm area, then a wet bar and Bar b Que center divides the helm from a large seating area with tables Port and Starbd facing forward. This entire area is protected by a Bimini top. An open area extends aft of the seating with additional sun lounges, open deck and tender storage.
This vessel can either be set up as a private owner operated yacht. or crewed yacht. there is a separate passageway from the crew quarters to the guest quarters on the lower level so the crew can access the guest quarters without going through the guest entertaining spaces. The wheel house can also be either open to the Salon, or closed off from the entertaining areas.
SALONSalon is exceptionally bright and airy with large windows to either side ( 2 opening, and 3 fixed, plus additional windows and opening door aft. There is access forward to the Wheel House and Country Kitchen, as well as side doors Port and Starbd to outside areas. Aft of the primary Salon, is an enclosed aft deck that can either be closed off as a private area, or opened to the main Salon. There is a beautiful custom wet bar at the forward end, and also a well appointed day head.
