The owners cruising plans have changed...they are moving to a trawler this season, hence the great price!  This very clean Hunter 36 has been lightly sailed and shows like a new boat and she has many upgrades. 

She spent 2006-2010 on a fresh water lake in Kansas. Then moved to Key West, she was only used 4 to 6 times a year through 2013.  From August 2013 to present she has been sailed occasionally in the Biscayne Bay before being moved to Stuart and placed on the market.

Finallement has been upgraded with batteries, an upgraded charging system, and marine electronics for coastal cruising. In 2014,  a new macerator pump, new fresh water pump were replaced and oil pressure and temperature gauges were added to the engine instrument panel to provide increased monitoring of performance. 

She has also been compounded and waxed 2x per year and has had the bottom cleaned every month by a marine professional.

Whether you plan to sail the Keys, the Islands, or stick to the coast, she will take you there and back in comfort.  The owners are ready to move to their trawler so bring all offers!
