- June 1998, installed second bilge pump with high water alarm, replaced 2 sections (3'x5') o ftop plank-starboard side midship and aft, replaced 30" section of plank under raw water intake
- August 1998, replaced 9 gal holding tank with 25 gal tank, replaced salon seat cushions, stripped and painted hull from toenail to keel
- April/May 1998 - removed salon windows on stbd side and aft side, replaced 8'x8" plywood section above windows, replaced cracked fwd slider and aft facing windows, replaced window channels, replaced fixed glass window in head, stripped, epoxied and painted house exterior including flybridge exterior, replaced rudder post bracket
- March 1999 - installed Ferris battery link
- May 2000 - replaced 9' section of stbd garboard, reefed and recalled port garboard joint, replaced plywood sub-transom around exhaust pipe, replaced macerator pump
- 1997-2001 - replaced cabin lights (f) in fwd cabin and head
- May 2001 replaced cutlass bearing
- June 2001 - replaced fuel lift pump and fittings and lines into and out of the pump
- October 2001, installed salt water wash down
- Date unknown - Cockpit sub-plywood has been replaced, and covered with replacement teak, which has been glued (not screwed) down
Exclusions- Dishes/cookware/galley and dinner ware, etc.
- Barometer and clock – these were the seller's father’s from the 1940’s
- Name Plates: the seller and his young son made these their first year of ownership
- Vessel's name reserved
- Referenced in recent survey are Raymarine A65 and EPIRB, which are not included
Disclosure - Sliding windows in salon need to be redone, sealed in 2010 to prevent from getting worse, some delam and rot below the windows
