BROKER COMMENTS: The Tartan 37 is an aft cockpit, mast-head sloop rig, intended to be a combination of a family cruising boat and a comfortable racing boat. Over 400 Tartan 37’s were produced in 2 production runs [this one is #203] ending in 1987. The Tartan 37 is attractively modern in appearance with a gentle sheer line and moderate overhangs with high quality joinerwork. It has a moderate free-board, is balanced and able to race but very functional. This boat is intelligently laid out, strongly built, and well finished, a boat that provides “big boat” style racing and high performance. The Tartan 37 has an active association of owners.
