This is the boat that really got J Boats going. It took third and fourth in 1979 SORC fleet in 1,000 miles of rough weather. Two J/30s survived the Fastnet storm, one single-handed. The boat’s construction is Lloyds-approved. 546 boats were built through 1987. Beamier than the later J Boats, this one has a roomier interior. Wound Up is the lowest priced J Boat on the market. Owner loves the boat but has switched to hot air balloons.
