Interior Layout

This efficient little yacht packs plenty of accommodations. Teak and holly sole and woodwork throughout adds warmth and beauty. There's plenty of natural and artificial light, and a wide open layout. He's also added some extra storage shelves and drawers. There is a newer Sony AM/FM/CD and Pioneer cockpit speakers

The v-berth forward includes an access to the chain locker and is brightened by a large, translucent overhead hatch for light, ventilation, and safety. Four windows and an overhead hatch do the same in the main saloon, which has been modified to provide a U-shaped settee that wraps around a custom table with folding leaves. A navigation station nestles aft of the settee to starboard.

Aft of the settee to port is the L-shaped galley, with an Origo Alcohol range custom sink with single lever hot and cold pressure water fixture, ice box with 110V refrigeration, plus shelves, drawers and cabinets. 

Opposite the galley to starboard, the fully enclosed head includes a faucet/shower fixture, Jabsco toilet, a vanity and sink, portlight, and storage.

Aft to port is the private double stateroom, with a roomy berth, cabinets and drawers, and an opening port for ventilation and light.

At the nav station, you'll find a Standard Horizon VHF radio, Garmin GPS/plotter, an engine 12-volt outlet, and the AC and DC panels. At the helm are a Horizon depth, and a Danforth compass. The electrical system includes engine start and house batteries with a selector switch, charger, and shorepower cord.

The cockpit and deck are surrounded with stainless steel pushpit, pulpit, stanchions and lifelines. A stainless swim ladder folds down from the transom. Aft to port, a custom post carries antennas and lights. Sail handling lines lead aft to the cockpit thru 4 Easy-Lock Rope Clutches and there are adjustable genoa cars. Four winches serve the cockpit, two two-speed Maxwell 22s self-tailers as primaries and one cabintop Maxwell single-speeds for line handling. The anchor locker holds a plow and rode.

There is a new Bierig Dacron Main with 2 reefs, 3 full-battens and 1 ¾ batten. The headsail Dacron 150% Genoa on a Harken Furler

The bottom has VC17 antifouling over a barrier coat. Repainted annually.
