‘Wombat’, a Catalina 30, is a modern classic, a unique blend of comfort and performance. Her style is crisp and modern with a low-profile cabin. A deep-V hull shape ensures a comfortable motion when offshore.  The long horizontal skeg between the keel and balanced spade rudder ensure control and tracking in a variety of conditions.

A large cockpit affords ample room to work sails or entertain. The helm includes a large wheel, auto pilot, instrument pod and engine controls. Halyards and control lines are run aft on the cabin top. Other features on ‘Wombat’ include a large lazarette to port, fold down teak table, drink holder, cockpit cushions, lifeline cushions, removable perch seats aft, detachable speakers and a fold down transom ladder.
