Features
There are full walkaround decks, both port and starboard, with overhangs that shade the walkways and the salon windows. On both port & starboard side decks you have a side opening gates for easy access when tied up at floating docks. The cockpit is covered by the flybridge overhang and has an aft deck curtain to enclose the cockpit. There is a transom door to the swim platform, and a large storage area beneath the cockpit where the generator is located. All decks around the boat are Treadmaster non-skid. Access the main salon is through sliding doors on the aft deck. The interior of the boat is done in light colored, ash wood, with varnished finish. Forward in the salon, and to port is the easily accessible galley. Proceeding forward, and up two steps is the raised pilothouse with settee and table to port, with the stairway to the flybridge to starboard
To the port side of the pilothouse helm is the stairway to the staterooms. The flybridge helm is forward and on center on the bridge, with seating to port. On the FB aft deck is the radar mast, a large sun deck area, a rear access ladder from the aft deck, and an electric dinghy davit. On the foredeck we have the following:
- Maxwell electric windlass
- CQR anchor with chain & rode
- Freshwater wash down
- Bow pulpit with handrails
Engine room access is available from two locations, one is via a bulkhead door in the rear of the port guest stateroom, with the second access being from the aft cockpit hatch, that leads forward between the twin, 300 gallon fuel tanks and the twin 100 gallon freshwater tanks into the rear of the engine room.
Accommodations
BELLA MARE features three staterooms, with the master stateroom and it's ensuite head, forward. On the starboard side, aft of the master is the guest head, followed by the starboard guest stateroom which has a single berth with a pipe berth as an upper. Across the companionway from the guest head is the port guest stateroom with a double berth. Basically she is a three stateroom, two head vessel. A separate new 9,000 BTU marine air conditioning unit was added in 2011 to handle the two guest staterooms
The master stateroom features:
- Centerline queen berth with drawers beneath the bed
- 9,000 BTU marine air conditioning
- Flat panel TV
- Two hanging lockers
- Four drawers on each side of the bed with 4 additional drawers and storage beneath the bed.
- An ensuite head, with enclosed shower, Vacuflush toilet, & vanity with sink and mirror
The starboard guest stateroom features:
- Single berth with a pipe berth overhead
- Hanging locker and storage locker
- Privacy door
The port guest stateroom features:
- Double berth with storage cabinets overhead
- Hanging locker
- Privacy door
- Access door to the front of the engine room
The guest head has an enclosed shower, vanity with sink & mirror, and Vacuflush toilet
Pilothouse
The pilothouse has sliding doors to the side decks both port & starboard. There is a fold-down helm seat, a dinette to port, and a stairway to starboard The main electric panel is just to port of the helm. Electronics and equipment in the pilothouse include:
- New 16,000 BTU Marine A/C unit (5/2013)
- Wired for the new Garmin 4212 that is mounted on the FB (5/2013)
- Furuno 48 mile radar w/4KW open array
- Northstar 961 XD GPS plotter
- Icom IC-M100 VHF
- Com-Nav autopilot
- B & G HS 921 depth, log, & speed
- Hynautic shifters
- Bennett trim tab controls
- Fireboy, fire control system
- AM/FM/IPOD/XM Stereo system with speakers in both the pilothouse and on the flybridge (2013)
Salon
The salon area features an ash wood interior with new wooden flooring, and features:
- New 16,000 BTU marine air conditioning unit (5/2013)
- Breakfast bar
- L-shaped sofa with a fold-out bed, along with a table
- Entertainment center with a 32" LCD-TV and speaker system (2013)
Galley
The galley is located forward and to port in the salon area and features:
- Thermador two burner electric stove
- Fridgidaire 12 cu. ft. refrigerator w/ separate freezer compartment (new, 8/2013)
- Thermador electric grill in galley
- Dishwasher
- Ice maker
- Microwave/convection oven
- Large sink with H/C pressure water
- Torrid 20 gal. electric hot water heater (new, 8/2013)
- U-shaped galley with storage both over and under the counter
Fly Bridge
The flybridge is accessed via a stairway from the pilothouse, or by a ladder from the aft deck. There are twin helm seats with a double bench seat a little aft to port, that has storage. Special features:

- New Garmin 4212 multi function plotter, sounder, XM radio, XM weather (2011)
- Com-Nav autopilot remote

- Both alternators were rebuilt in 2012
- Four marine air conditioning units. Guest staterooms was new in 2011. Pilothouse and salon are new in 2013.
- Primary Racor fuel filters were rebuilt in 2013

Special note needs to made of the 2011, 12' BOSS, all rigid tender with a 25 HP Mercury outboard that is not part of the listing, but is available should a buyer desire to purchase it.
Added note for cruisers is that the boat has a range of 600 nm @ 8.5 knots !!!
