The Tartan 30 is a classic Sparkman & Stephens design. Unencumbered is a high performance, off-shore racing and cruising boat. She has a skeg hung rudder, which helps the boat track better in a quartering or following sea and adds protection of the rudder in a grounding situation. This boat has the aft galley, not the starboard side galley. The genoa and roller furling were new in 2000. The cover for the genoa was replaced in 2009.

She is equipped with almost all of the electronics needed to sail her most anywhere, including an autopilot. She has the tried and true Atomic 4 gasoline inboard which runs great. She is in about average condition for her age but will need some cosmetic work inside and out, to make her shine. This is a lot of boat for the money. Let Unencumbered sail you far away!
