Interior
- ALL plumbing fixtures, hoses, thru-hulls, and holding tank were removed. ALL electrical components were removed, including lights, panels, switches, batteries, radios, electronics, instruments, and engine and generator wiring. The old refrigeration system was removed and the refrigerator box was removed. All cabinetry that was not glassed in or otherwise permanently attached to the hull was also removed and refinished.
- The entire interior was sanded, primed, and painted. All of the teak was refinished, New cabinets were built for the galley and both head compartments. New Formica was installed in the galley, as well as both head compartments. All cushions received new canvas and Ultrasuede in the salon. A Froli brand sleep system was installed in the aft cabin and salon.
- New Force 10 3-burner stove; microwave, Kenwood stereo and speakers; 19-inch Naxa TV with DVD player
- New interior lights
- New CO monitor; Fireboy Xintex; and smoke detectors
- New Cruiseair 16,000 btu air conditioner
- New refrigerator box with 6 cubic feet of space, and top and front loading doors; new freezer box with 4 cubic feet of space. Both boxes are insulated with fiberglass encased foam
- New refrigeration system, with a Frigoboat K50 compressor with Smart Speed Control, Carel Thermostat, spillover fan, and keel cooler
Exterior - Bottom: gel coat stripped by Embree Marine, St. Petersburg, Florida
- New bottom: covered with West System expoxy and Hextel (10 oz. fiberglass cloth) and 17 oz. biaxial cloth. Barrier coated with 5 coats of Interlux Interprotect epoxy
- Deck: everything removed; all mounting areas reinforced with new fiberglass and epoxy and properly sealed for through-deck installations
- New paint: topsides received 2 coats of Interlux Primecote epoxy primer, followed by 3 coats of a top coat of Interlux Perfection; deck received 2 coats of Interlux Primecote epoxy primer, followed by three coats of a top coat of Interlux Toplac
- New rudder fabricated of closed cell foam and fiberglass/epoxy around original bronze rudder post (reinforced)
- New bow and stern rails by JTR Enterprises of St. Petersburg, Florida, plus new raised rails and stanchions (to 32 inches high), and lifelines by Holland Marine
- New chainplates by JTR, and standing rigging by Seco South
- New chain and anchor rode by Seco South: 200' 5/8-inch nylon rode spliced to 200' of 3/8-inch chain
- Ground tackle (not new) 44 lb. Bruce anchor (on new 200'chain/200'rode), 45 lb. CQR anchor with 50' chain and 200' of rode, plus an emergency 20H Danforth anchor
- New windlass: Lewmar V3 with 3/8-inch gypsy and drum
- New boarding ladder by Mystic Stainless
- New LED navigation lights by OMG, including bow, stern, running, tricolor, and anchor
- New lazy jacks/sail covers
- New dodger and bimini
- Sail inventory: 1 mizzen sail, 2 main sails, 1 headsail, 1 genoa, and 1 storm sail
Plumbing & Water Systems- New sinks and faucets in galley and both heads. Head faucets are Scandvik handheld showers
- New toilets: Lavac
- New 35 gallon holding tank
- New waste pump (Whale Gulper Toilet Pump). New spare in box
- New shower sump pump box drains the forward shower and sink
- New Scandvik hot/cold cockpit shower
- New freshwater pump (Shurflo Smart Sensor 5.7 (7/11). New spare in box.
- 2 100-gallonfreshwater tanks
- Force 10 hot water heater heated by 120v or engine
- New fiberglass sea chest to supply raw water to engine, generator, air conditioner, washdown pump and two marine toilets
- All new bronze thru-hulls and seacocks. One 2-inch seacock with strainer supplies the sea chest; two 2-inch seacocks drain the cockpit. One of these doubles as outlet for the holding tank waste pump. One 1-inch seacock drains the galley and aft head sinks and supplies a secondary source of raw water to the engine.
- New raw water washdown pump (Shurflo Pro Blaster) supplies water to the anchor locker and the cockpit.
- 1 Johnson 1,000gph submersible bilge pump with automatic switch (2/12)
- 1 Jabsco self-priming bilge pump with elevated float switch (8/12)
- 1 Johnson self-priming bilge pump, manually switched
- 1 manual Whale Gusher bilge pump (newly rebuilt)
Electrical System- New wiring, fuses, switches, and breakers throughout
- New Lifeline AGM batteries: house bank includes 6 GPL31T (105ah); start battery for engine and generator are GPL24T (80ah). New Blue Sea switches
- New charger/inverter: Magnum ME2512, 120 amp with remote control and sensor/status

- Genset -- Kubota motor (new 2002; estimated fewer than 200 hours) Model D905 (Serial # XC4734) (Code: 16683 14000) by Pasor Marine of Pompano Beach, Florida; generator -- Marathon (Model 332RSA1023) KW 8, volts 120/240, amps 33.3; high pressure fuel injector pump on Kubota rebuilt 2010 by Roy's Diesel of Jacksonville, Florida; new fuel pump 2010; new raw water pump 2010 plus new back-up pump on board
