Accommodations

The 312 Sedan Cruiser is very versatile and quite unique. She offers all the room needed for comfortable family cruising and for entertaining dockside plus she offers a large aft cockpit, turning her into a tremendous fishing platform. 

She is unique that she was a fully molded in fly bridge which adds to her structural integrity and eliminates leaks from above. She also features stern drives, rarely seen on a fly bridge boats, keeping her economical to run and within purchasing budget.

Nu-a-Dishun has seen very good care and continual maintenance. Outside she features an aft cockpit with full transom. The stern gate, located to port gives full access to the large swim platform, stern cleats and fender rack. Molded-in steps provide easy access to the fly bridge. Her side decks, hand rails and full bow rail allow easy passage fore and aft for docking, sunning or deploying the anchor. Her bow is open and clean offering room for lounging on deck chairs or sun bathing. The bow pulpit with anchor roller and electric windlass make anchoring a snap.

The fly bridge is quite spacious and features three forward facing captian's chairs and an "L" shaped bench settee. The dash includes complete engine instrumentation, single lever engine controls, depth, vhf and gps.

Where the 312 really sets herself apart is her cabin. She offers room and accommodations you would expect to only find on lagers boats.

A large sliding glass door w/ zip out cover offers easy access to the main salon and provides excellent natural light. The main salon features a "U" shaped dinette to port and beautiful storage cabinets to starboard. The dinette easily converts to double berth. The salon is bathed with natural light via a full windshield forward, large side windows and the sliding entrance door. 

Just forward of the salon to port is the guest quarters featuring over/under bunks and a privacy curtain. The galley is to starboard and offers all the amenities needed for life aboard. Forward is the owners cabin with a double berth, hanging closets and a large opening hatch.
