This is a boat that has had very little use for years.   When the current owner (the money man) purchased it, it had been idle for some time.  It was neglected and the systems suffered from lack of use.  He was speculating that he could spruce it up a bit and turn a profit.  But the guy who was supposed to do the sprucing up (the handy man) went AWOL before completing the job and the boat sat for a bit longer. 

The owner has decided to cut his losses and move on.   

While this boat is typically equipped for it's size and type, we have left off a complete list of systems and equipment.  We're not sure what will work and what will not during a survey and sea trial. 

The boat seems to run alright.  It was taken out and brought to a local marina for fuel some weeks back.  We were told it ran ok. 

It needs canvas.   There's a Bridge bimini in fair condition and fasteners for an aft deck enclosure. But there is no enclosure canvas on the boat now.

One of the three ac's doesn't seem to be blowing cold.

There seem to be a few rainwater leaks, one around the salon windscreen.

Cosmetically, it is ok.  Can use some attention but it’s not too bad, better than you might think after sitting around so much. 

This is a lot of boat.  While it's called a Model 390, it's really about 43' over all.  It has a full-width salon and a very spacious cabin.  The molded side stairs from the aft deck up to the bridge and then down and forward to the fore deck are a nice feature

 The boat is being offered as is and the price is set accordingly.
