Accommodations
Fwd guest cabin offers twin over/under berths to stbd with a shelf and hanging locker to port. Just aft to stbd is a shower stall with a separate enclosed head to port. An overhead hatch lets in air and light and provides emergency exit to fore deck.
Office is aft to stbd with a desk and chair fwd and an athwartship settee that can be used as a berth. Ample storage here in cabinets, shelves, and drawers. Cabin ports to stbd keep this cabin very bright. Across the passageway to port is a second enclosed head with a separate shower stall.
VIP stateroom is further aft along the passageway, with a double island berth with easy access on either side. Storage here is in hanging locker, cabinets, and drawers. Cabin ports to stbd brighten this cabin. A third enclosed head with separate shower stall is for this cabin.
Engine room is accessed aft of the VIP stateroom via a large door. Incredibly spacious and brightly lit by overhead lights, there is plenty of space to maneuver around the engines for service work.
Up the fwd companionway steps is the pilothouse with the lower helm station. Console is fully equipped with electronics for navigating in inclement weather. Doors to port and stbd allow easy access to either side deck. Long settee along the aft bulkhead of the pilothouse provides a nice perch with a great view for the helmsman, or a place to read for the crew while at rest.
Visible through an etched glass window within the bulkhead is the galley-up. Attractively-curved counter sweeps across the width of the vessel, facing aft, allowing the cook to be social with those relaxing in the salon. Fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator and freezer to port, four-burner stove in aft counter, large sink in fwd counter with trash compactor and dishwasher below. There is storage in cabinets and drawers below the counters.
Main salon spans the width of the vessel with panoramic views through large windows to port and stbd and through glass doors that slide all the way open aft to the cockpit. Protected from the weather when necessary, this salon opens brightly to the outside, letting in a terrific crossbreeze when the weather is nice. A plush couch to stbd, recliner aft to port, chairs, and a coffee table provide a pleasant lounge for the crew.
Down a spiral staircase to port is the master stateroom. King-size island berth is on center with a large mirror along the aft headboard. There is a vanity with a chair aft to port and a large shelf to stbd. Additional storage is in hanging lockers, cabinets, and drawers. This cabin enjoys sole access to a master head with shower stall, which are behind a door in the fwd bulkhead.

Owner's Summary of Boat's HistoryI have owned the boat since 2001 and am the third owner (we have the original owner's log on the boat) . This boat originated in Lake Michigan with the first owner and was captained and maintained by the captain in a boathouse owned by the original purchaser. The boat then spent the second owner's days on lake Texoma in a covered slip and when I purchased her was located in the Neches river in Beaumont, Texas in a covered slip. So, she has been in freshwater until we brought her up to Maine in 2012, where she has been in heated storage at Hinckley Yachts in Southwest Harbor during the winter. She has been in several hurricanes and fortunately sustained only minor damage to the hull (scrapes causing paint damage), rub rail damage, and prop damage, all of which were repaired at Pier 77 (a first-class facility in Galveston, TX). In fact, she was in their yard, out of water, when hurricane Rita hit...she has never taken on any water or had water damage. I wrote about how they took care of her... Go to Amazon and search for book, "Doc's Holiday Coming Home". ...it describes our entire trip from Galveston to when she was put up at Hinckley.
All maintenance, other than oil and filter changes, were done professionally by Albatross Marine out of Vidor, Texas, and now Hinckley.
