ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT:
“Just Add Wind” has very generous headroom throughout all the cabins below and the 13’ beam ensures lots of space. The roomy salon has a dining table with surround settee and two additional seats with internal storage, two cabin fans, abundant lighting, custom curtains, solar vent, two LED night lights, overhead handrails. The owner’s cabin, forward, features a centerline queen innerspring mattress that has been modified to slide out for additional room. You will also find lots of storage provided by two hanging lockers and drawers under the birth. There is also a cabin fan and plenty of lighting. The aft cabin also has a queen, innerspring mattress, two storage cabinets, cabin fan and plenty of lighting. There is also a stereo with four speakers, CD/MP3, XM radio with 6 speakers (2 in cockpit), 19” flat screen TV with built-in DVD and HD tuner (new in 2009).

GALLEY:
The full service galley includes:
• Two burner stainless steel LPG stove with oven
• Microwave (new in 2009)
• Coffee maker and toaster oven
• Top and front loading 12 volt refrigerator/freezer
• Wine glass rack
• Built in waste bin
• Double stainless steel sink with Corian® counter top

HEAD(S):
The head has been converted to fresh water flush and household size bowl (new in 2009), electric flush with macerator, 18 gallon holding tank with deck pump out, full size shower with separate sump, low wattage fluorescent lighting, LED night light and lots of storage can be found under the sink and in the medicine cabinet.

ELECTRONICS AND NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT:

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:
Complete DC and AC breaker system, two 30 amp shore power inlets with cords, pigtails and Y cable, 16k BTU reverse cycle air conditioning/heat system, electric bilge pump and shower ump pump, electric anchor windless with rope and chain gypsy. Tank gauges: fuel, water, waste, 30 amp battery charger, 1,000 watt inverter, abundant 12v cabin lighting and AC outlets, two 4D house batteries (new in 2008), one Group 27 emergency start battery on Echo Charger.

35hp Universal freshwater cooled diesel that burns .6 gallons per hour. The 35 gallon tank with fuel polishing system offers a range of over 650 miles. There is also a 3 blade prop plus a spare.

SAFETY EQUIPMENT:
“Just Add Wind” meets USCG requirements for up to eight adults with equipment that includes: PFD’s, horn, flares (new in 2008), fire extinguishers (3), throwables, 35 lb. Delta anchor on 50’ chain and 200’ rode and a Danforth anchor with 20’ chain and 200’ nylon rode.

CANVAS AND OTHER MISC:
Full bimini, connector, dodger with window covers, winch and pedestal covers, custom companionway cover, custom winter cover and cockpit cushions. Gerhauer lifting davit, 8.8’ inflatable dinghy with 3.5hp Tohatsu outboard (new 2007), fresh bottom paint and hull wax.
