Engine and Outdrive

The motor has had a complete engine overhaul.  The 2005 fuel injected 8.1 GXi.D Volvo at 426 HP was overhauled in 2011 by a local authorized Volvo dealer. 
The 2005 Volvo Penta outdrive DP-S has dual stainless steel props (the vessel comes with an extra set of stainless steel props).  
Invoices and service records for the motor and outdrive are available to the next owner. 

In the engine room are two battery isolator switches, along with automatic, charged fire discharge extinguisher with Fireboy helm indicator, (the vessel also has a hand held fire extinguisher).   Located in the transom are two sealed batteries, one battery is for the house and one is the starter battery. The Starter battery was recently installed in Jan 2019.  There is also a dual 40 AMP battery charger. 
The vessel has two bilge pumps, both electric.  One foward in the cabin which is automatic manually operated the other is aft in the engine room and is an electric dry bilge pump with brass pick up that is manually operated.

Under the factory hardtop is an electronic box, there are also electronics installed in the helm.

Very clean cabin with original fabrics.  No foul odors, no mold.  All the original matteras foam has been replaced with memory foam. The boat has a solid sliding translucent cabin door and the head also has a solid privacy door.  On the forward bulkhead is a mirrored door with access to interior storage, two cabin lights and two speakers.  There is one deck hatch with a removable screen, on both sides of the hull are four port lights with privacy curtains and screens.  There are two florescent lights in the cabin, one over the galley, the other in the head.  Under the V-berth is a Mermaid 6500 BTU AC unit with heat that was installed in 2005 along with dry storage compartments.

The 1998 2610 Proline show very well for her year.  She has a great, deep walkaround.   The vessel is rack stored inside a boat shed.  She comes with a factory hardtop with clear eisenglass encloser.  Aft on the hardtop are spreader lights and four rod holders.  There are two forward facing adjustable seats by the side of each seat are speakers.  The helm is a tilt away helm so you can get access to the back of the helm for service.

The helm seating area has a 3 removable sunscreen privacy curtains that can be attached with guides under the hardtop outside of the vessels windshield.  
On the pulpit is an electric windlass with remote power and controls at the helm.  On the foredeck is the anchor locker.  The Delta anchor has 150 ft of rode and chain

The vessel has good storage with two storage in sole storage bins, one is insulated and can be used as a fish box, both have macerators. Storage in the sole between the forward upper cockpit seat, that has a spare Danforth anchor with rode and line.  The lower cockpit has bolster on both sides with rod holders underneath.  Access to the 8.1 Volvo is under a motor cover that converts into a large cushioned seat

On the transom in an insulated cooler with fresh water with drain and faucet.  A thru hull iivewell and salt water wash down are controlled at the helm.  On the transom and starboard side is a lockable transom gate with transom shower.  The 2610 Proline has a swim platform with an Armstrong removable dive ladder, hook up for city water and a transom shower.  The Proline comes with two large fenders and five dock lines.
