Upper And Lower Cockpit

The transom has a swim platform with concealed swim ladder, pop up cleats and a cool aft facing transom seat.  On the transom has a large storage bin a transom shower, hook up for water and shore power hook up. Attached to the transom are weaver Davits.
Thru the transom door onto the lower cockpit you will see a wet bar with ice maker fridge and blender. Battery switches are easy to get to in the cockpit and on both side of the cockpit are molded boarding steps.
The lower cockpit has an aft transom seat and a cockpit table on the upper cockpit to the port side is a seat.
The upper and lower cockpit is covered with new canvas and eisenglass. The radar arch is hinged, great for shipping over the road or those low bridges.  For entertainment there is a Sony X Plod am/fm receiver, cd player, and a Sony 6 disc changer with magazine, powered up. with remote controls at helm and swim platform.

The interior has great head room the headliner is in good shape. The 360 has a carpet sole with storage under the sole. Aft is a large mid cabin with a table that will convert into a the room into a full berth in the mid cabin is an AC vent, cupboards for storage and a curtain for privacy.

The head is on the port side in the salon and has a vacuflush commode, you will see a sink, storage and a stand up stall shower.

Forward and on the same side is the galley. In the galley are plenty of cupboard and pull out draws. There is a fridge a cooktop, a microwave and a sink and good counter top space.

On the starboard side of the salon is the salon sofa that will convert into a fair size salon bed. Above the sofa is hull side storage, east access the boat electrical panel and AC panel. Forward in the salon is the owners berth with a solid privacy door. The room has a hanging closet and a cupboard, the AC vent, cabin lights and hull side port lights. Under the berth is a large storage area and access to the newer 18000 BTU Mermaid AC unit with reverse cycle for heat

At the helm is a double wide helm seat with bolster. All the gauges at the helm are clear, all the rocker switches work, there are a working Raymarine C80, and Horizon VHF, Lenco outdrive trim indicator.  A search pad for the remote bow light. There are molded steps at the helm that allow you to walk thru the windshield and get to the windlass or just chill on the bow sunpad.

Access to the twin V8 8.1 375 HP Volvos are through the aft lower cockpit sole, just hit a rocker switch at the helm and the lower cockpit sole will raise by hydraulic rams. Four batteries are located forward in the engine compartment. A 5KW Kohler generator on a sound shield with about 215 hours. The 8.1 Volvos are couples up to Volvo Ocean X series, with two counter rotating propellers, each outdrives with aluminum outdrives with titanium/ceramic coating.
Note that the outdrives renewed in 2011(not sure why)
