This is a 50% share purchase, details below:
Purchase a 50% interest in Patrician LLC which owns Patrician
Purchase price would be 50% of the current FMV of Patrician.
Pay 50% of the ongoing costs of Patrician: Annual decommission and recommission, unscheduled repairs, insurance, cost of slip, annual property taxes on boat, etc.
Pay 50% of documenting partnership
Pay for their own operating costs of diesel, transient slips etc. while cruising
- Boat would remain at its current slip at Schooner Cove, Stamford, CT and be serviced by the two mechanics there, unless more extensive work was required in which case she would go to Castaways Yacht Club in New Rochelle, NY
- agreed dates for use of boat between owners, current owner does not use the boat much
- A foreseen usage three year period, after which the partner and owner would discuss a basis for their buying out of current owners 50% interest. If no agreement, then the boat would be put up for sale with net proceeds split 50/50.

Vessel Walk Through
Vessel Walkthrough "Patrician" is a superb example of ingenuity and imagination in a modern yacht design.
She has a generous Salon with an open plan layout, creating a breathtaking feel from the teak deck aft to the inside helm.
In true passion all Azimut hulls are built for a smooth ride and excellent handling in most challenging sea conditions.
Walking aboard "Patrician" awaits a U-shaped couch on the port side, with a full high gloss cherry interior.
On the starboard side there are beautiful cabinets with the standard hideaway TV and plenty of storage. Up two (2) steps there is a Galley on the port side and a Dinette directly across with a wood table that includes a removable leaf. The table is surrounded by a leather sofa with hard wood flooring.
Forward of the Dinette area is the helm, which is centerline. The helm provides the windshield full coverage with a mesh screen for privacy. Salon Entering through the sliding Salon doors, that are framed by heavy stainless steel and finished with tempered glass, is the Main Salon. Inside the Salon you will find a leather upholstered semi-circular couch with a hideaway cherrywood cocktail table with storage below.
Going forward up two (2) stairs to port is the Galley, and to starboard is the Dinette area and the helm is forward. Galley The Galley is located to port in the Main Salon area with ample room for storage.
