Accomodations
2 Cabin/1 Head layout. Ample space below to enjoy both at sail and at the dock/anchored out. Varnished teak interior bulkheads, cabinets, and joinery. Nine opening hatches assure abundant light and ventilation throughout the main cabin. A Nav Station is located starboard aft adjacent to the head with swivel chair and room for additional electronics. L shaped galley is located port side with ample space to prepare meals underway. A second access to the aft cabin is located adjacent to galley.
Salon midship is well lighted and ventilated. Salon seating to port offers table that lowers down to convert to a double berth. Across to starboard is a long settee and single berth. - Cream ultra-leatherette upholstery throughout salon. New starboard settee cushions.
- Wired for cable/antenna.
- Two speakers for sound system located in salon.
Large shower in head located aft starboard side. Manual head. Head accessed from aft cabin and salon. Doors on each side provide privacy to the aft cabin. - Jabsco Manual Head with 33 gallon holding tank.
- Step in shower with watertight storage locker.
Forward V-berth with bedding insert. Wash sink in forward cabin. Storage closets and lockers with drawers.
Center queen inline aft berth with numerous storage lockers and closets throughout aft cabin. Two separate dressing areas, each with seats and hanging lockers
Salon settee sleeps two with table lowered. Additional single berth on starboard side.
Galley
L shaped galley to port of companionway stairs. Three burner stove and oven. Top and front loading refrigerator/freezer. Additional storage access from counter or add a dedicated freezer. Deep double stainless steel sink with pressurized hot/cold and manual freshwater pump. - Adler Barbour top and front loading refrigerator and freezer.
- Princess gimbled three burner stove and oven.
- Samsung built in microwave.
Electrical
120VAC/30A single input AC shore power with 50 ft. cable. Phone and cable wired input on stern transom. Magnum 1000 charger/inverter. Two 4D house batteries and one Group 27 starter battery. 12VDC/120VAC electrical panel located at Nav Station with ample room to expand panel.
Electronics
Raymarine electronics with updated I70 speed/log and I70 tri-mode displays. Replaced three years ago. Extra remote reporting I70 tri-mode display at Nav Station. Raymarine Hybrid GPS/Plotter 2Kw Radar antenna with radar protective ring. ST6000 Autopilot with updated display. 4 head pod upgrade for electronics at helm. AM/FM/CD player at Nav Station with speakers in cockpit (replaced December-2019) and salon. Raymarine VHF with remote mic at binnacle. EPIRB located at companionway.
Hull and Deck
Hand laid solid fiberglass hull with hull liner and structural grid, The hull to deck seal is shoebox type joint. Bonded and through bolted on 8 inch centers by aluminum rail and vinyl insert.
White hull with two tone grey non-skid deck. Low profile cabin trunk.
T-shaped aft cockpit with walk-through transom and large stainless steel boarding ladder.
Lead wing keel-shoal draft.
Bow and stern pulpits with port and starboard built in stern rail seats.
Double lifelines with port and starboard boarding gates.
Maxwell 800 electric vertical windlass with foot pedal operation controls. Double anchor bow pulpit with anchor chain and nylon rode for both.
Single stainless steel wheel at binnacle with large folding table pedestal and ample storage. Single Ritchie compass and electronics integrated in single panel, easily visible. Engine gauges and start key switch and fuel shutoff located directly below wheel. Single shift and throttle lever engine control.
Canvas bimini/dodger/Bimini combo with freestanding bimini. Visibility of sails through helm window and sail handling window while underway. Extra wide bimini with braces.
Closed cell foam cushions throughout cockpit.
Pedastal and large winches covers.
Life raft with deck deployment storage.
Sails and Rigging
Double spreader aluminum, deck stepped, sloop rigged with all lines leading aft to cockpit. Standing rigging and chain plates replaced three years ago. Running rigging recently replaced as needed.
Dutchman system mainsail with full battens. Asymmetrical Spinnaker with pole mounted to mast for easy deployment. Original sails in good condition.
Shafer 2100 Furling Head system with 135 jib. Extra long adjustable jib sheet cars.
Lewmar 2 speed #56 Stainless Primary Winches. Lewmar 2 speed #40 Stainless Cabin Top Winches. Forespar rigid vang.
Mechanical
No Air Conditioning. Can be added.
Yanmar 40hp-3 cylinder diesel engine with three blade prop. 1,234 hours on original engine. Single lever engine control. Intergrated lightning protection added.
Maintenance
Engine hours 1,234 original. Last engine oil/filter change, impeller replaced, and water pump changed in November-2019. Spare parts for engine TBA.
