With the introduction of the 351 Sedan (called the 35 Convertible in 2001 - 03), Silverton engineers introduced a dramatically different approach to the design of the modern family cruiser.�  All manufacturers recognize the appeal of a roomy interior, but Silverton made it happen with the introduction of their "SideWalk" concept, a series of molded steps on the starboard side of the boat leading from the fore-deck up to the fly-bridge and then down again to the cockpit.�  The result of the clever design is a spacious full-width salon with the floor space of a much larger boat.�  Built on a modified-V hull with prop pockets, the engines are located beneath the the cockpit rather than under the salon with allows the cabin floor to sit low in the hull.�  Lacking side decks, the interior is huge and the apartment-sized galley with be a real crowd-pleaser.�  The fly-bride is arranged with a walk-around center helm with passenger seating forward.�  A very popular boat!
