- Keel - Fin Keel made of lead, deep draft (Over 7 feet)
- Prop and Shaft zincs last replaced Sept 2016.
Sail Equipement and DescriptionEquipment:
- Main Sail - Likely original, in good condition overall, Has blue Sunbrella cover.
- Dutchman Main Sail Flaking System - uses vertical control lines laced through fairleads in the sail. The lines are attached to the topping lift and at the base of the sail, and donââ¬â¢t move. The sail slides up and down on the lines like a Roman shade. As you drop the sail, the lines guide the main down to alternate sides of the boom.
- Genoa - 135% size, original, has blue Sunbrella edge

Interior Features and Description:Salon:
- Description - Very nice appointed salon is finsihed in varnished teak and ash, with ultraleather soft cushioning
- Settee to Port - U-shaped, with table that's drop-down with filler cushion for sleeping two adults. Storage underneath and behind seating.
- Long settee to Starboard - Long enough to sleep an adult.
- Storage - Cubby storages behind settees.
- (2) Large Speakers
Navigation Station:
- Description - Located to Starboard, the generous Nav station includes a swivel, plush ultraleather seat, a chart table with storage, forward-facing storage, Reading light, and electronics and AC/DC Panel.
- Electronics - Garmin GPS 128 Reads speed, heading, Position, Trip and time. Raytheon ST60 Multifundtion repeater for Depth, Speed, Heading. Standard Horizon VHF (Replaced in 2015).
- Stereo - Sony With AM/FM/Casette/Multi-CD Player.
- Electric Fan heater controls
- Diesel and Engine Heat Thermostat and switch.
- DC Panel - Over 25 controls for all the systems, with plenty of spares. Volt and Amp Gauges, Manual/Automatic bilge Pump controls, DC plug.
- AC panel - Breakers for outlets, water heater, Charge and inverter with updated Morning Start Remote Meter for batteries.
Galley:
- Description - Located to Port, the L-shaped galley offers a lot of counter space, pleanty of storage.
- Gimballed Stove - Three Burner Propane stove and oven
- Double sinks with trash chute to the right
- Fridge/Freezer - with forward and top loading
- (3) Cabinets - Forward loading, and a big drop in storage. Under sink storage.

Aft Cabin:
- Description - The owners cabin aft is highlighted by the oversize double berth, with numerous storage bins and lockers within armââ¬â¢s reach. Two separate dressing areas, each with upholstered seat and hanging locker, allow plenty of room to move about. There is a private entrance to the head, and doors to Port and starboard of the cabin to get to the galley and salon.

- Electric Head - Dometic, recently replaced. Fresh water head.
- Storage mirrored cabinet at eye level, and access hatch underneath sink to turn Y-valve.
Forward Cabin:
- Description - V-Berth in Forward cabin has fill-in cushion. Separate into two beds or use as one large bed. A separate sink and vanity is provided for family or guests in the forward cabin, along with numerous drawers and shelves for storage of personal items while aboard.
