Accommodations
Included in the private forward cabin is a large v-berth suitable for two, a head with shower and Corian style counter and sink to starboard and a cedar lined hanging locker to port. In the main cabin to starboard, there is a u-shaped dinette, which comfortably seats six for dinner. The table drops to form a wide double berth. The galley is to starboard and is equipped with a three burner propane stove with oven, a double stainless sink, microwave oven, a large (6.5 cub. ft.) refrigerator and freezer compartment. The counter tops are Corian and there are numerous large lockers for food equipment storage.
The ship's electrical control panel is located at the nav station. Aft of the nav station is the owner's head equipped with shower and Corian counter and sink. There are solar power exhaust vents installed in the galley and head. Aft of the companionway is a private owner's cabin that utilizes the full beam of the boat. It includes an island style large double bed and numerous drawers and hanging lockers, all cedar lined. Both sleeping cabins have doors and private entrances to their respective heads. All interior teak and ash surfaces are finished with varnish. There are eight opening ports and six opening teak storage lockers and shelves and is lit by various halogen lights.
Galley
Large well equipped galley with more than ample storage. Ice box with Adler/Barbour 12 volt refrigeration, microwave oven, double stainless steel sinks with H&C pressure water. Three burner Gimballed propane stove and oven with broiler.

SailSails: Standard Catalina factory sails were replaced with: North dacron mainsail with two reefs; North 140% Norlam mylar and dacron roller furling genoa; North asymmetrical poleless spinnaker. Double spreader aluminum mast, Schaefer 3100 roller furling headstay, Forespar solid boom vang, Lazy Jack System, Lewmar 58 CST primaries, Sailtec hydraulic backstay adjuster, Lewmar 40 CST house top halyard/mainsheet winches, single line reefing systems all internal halyards are lead aft. Garhauer adjustable genoa tracks.
DeckCustom forest green cockpit dodger and sail cover, cockpit table, cockpit cushions, oversize leather covered wheels, spreader and burgee halyards, outboard motor bracket, Maxwell windlass, large anchor bow roller, foredeck anchor locker, 6 life jackets, fenders, docklines, anchor with chain and rode. Double rail bow pulpit, double lifelines with gates port and starboard. Double rail split stern rail with walk-thru transom to swim platform with ladder.
AdditionalThe hull is white with blue boot top and blue and green cove stripes. The hull and keel were professionally faired and barrier coated with the Interlux 2000 system during commissioning and then painted with Interlux VC Offshore high performance bottom paint. It has been waxed semi-annually. The non-skid is grey. The cockpit is large with dual helm stations for leeward or windward seating while under sail. There are two large lazarettes and the transom includes an integrated swim plarform complete with shower. The teak companionway hatch boards are finished with varnish.
REMARKS:
"MAGIG TWANGER" was purchased new by her current owner in January 1998 and was commissioned in April 1998 in Portsmouth, RI. She was outfitted with all new accessories at the time of purchase and has cruised in coastal waters from the Connecticut River to Cape Cod.
EXCLUSIONS:
