Remarks:
This is the last Fred Scholtz Marine hull. Scholtz had been recognized as the largest boat builder in South Africa. He then sold the molds to Voyage Yachts who changed the yacht to be a charter boat with many of the customized features eliminated. The outboard cockpit lockers were altered so as not to intrude on the aft berths.
SWISH has the interior space of most 55' cats in a more manageable size. She has sailed over 60,000 ocean miles in her 18 years including 6500 miles from S. Africa to the Caribbean and over 5 round trips to New England. As a luxury crewed charter yacht, any fixture is replaced at the first sign of wear. She was built as a Mayotte 47 but later had a 3 bowsprit added.
