Starting forward in the guest stateroom is a full V-berth with three storage drawers below, an easy access step with a cabinet underneath, a hatch window above, two built in reading lights, port light windows to port and starboard, hanging locker, centrally located AC vent and an Aquameter CO2 monitor.
Moving aft, to starboard is the guest/day head, complete with two convenient entrances: one via guest stateroom, one from salon hallway. This head has an enclosed shower stall with VacuFlush electric head and convenient fold down shower seat, a Corian countertop with under-mounted sink, mirrored medicine cabinet with a light above, a hatch window, and ample storage beneath the molded sink unit.
Moving one step up, the spacious well-equipped galley has Corian countertops, two very deep under-mounted stainless steel sinks, pull out spray faucet, two solid disc electric burners with countertop cover, built in GE turntable microwave oven, built in Black & Decker Spacemaker coffee maker, a hatch window, sliding tinted glass cabinet fronts, and a new Norcold refrigerator with freezer.
Across the galley to starboard is an oversized wedge shaped dinette table and L-shaped built-in seating, able to accommodate a large group. One step up in the expansive salon is the built-in settee along the port, across is the entertainment center including Samsung flat screen standard television, an Apex digital DVD player and built-in speakers. This area is very open and airy, with large sliding windows with screens and extensive headroom.
Moving aft and down two steps, the master stateroom features a queen sized island berth with cabinets all around, a wall mirror, Ocean Breeze Marine digital climate control, Aquameter carbon monoxide monitor, two port light windows and large aft window, and a ¾ height hanging locker with shelving above.
The master ensuite head has a separate stall shower with large built-in seat and Corian soap/shampoo ledge, VacuFlush electric toilet and hatch window. It includes a matching Corian vanity counter with under-mounted sink, mirrored medicine chest, and a cabinet over the toilet.
Moving back into the salon and up five steps to the carpeted aft deck, there is a wet bar with sink and ice maker (INOP) and large Corian countertop perfect for serving and entertaining. It has a hard top, hull steps on each side for easy boarding, and molded steps on the port side to access the swim platform. Full eisinglass and canvas enclosure is included (not shown in the photos). On the swim platform, there is line storage to starboard and also under the bottom step of the stairway.
Up two steps from the aft deck, the expansive flybridge has seating at the centerline helm and curved guest seating forward to port and starboard. It has a walk-through gate in the forward coaming with steps for easy access to the foredeck. Electronics at the helm include Furuno GaAs FET Front End 8 tone daylight display 24 mile radar, Apelco VHF, Cetrek Chart Pilot 775, Raymarine ST60 Autohelm Series, Jabsco search light, Seafire automatic fire extinguisher indicator, Lenco trim tab controls, Simpson Lawrence windlass controls, Safety Alert SA-1XL gas fume detector from Marine Technologies, Marine Power Network engine monitors, full engine gauges and Morse throttle. Also equipped with Kannad EPIRB distress beacon and open array radar.
On the bow is a large Jabsco searchlight, electric windlass, bow pulpit, and rail mounted fender storage baskets.

Broker's CommentsBeautiful aft cabin motor yacht, a truly innovative and expansive design in a mid-sized vessel. Large flybridge with centerline helm and wraparound seating â includes a gate in the forward bridge allowing bridge-to-bow access. Aft deck with hardtop and full enclosure is the perfect relaxation spot, complete with wet bar and icemaker. Interior is particularly spacious (maximum headroom 7â2â?), with open salon, built-in dinette and galley giving a large âgreat roomâ? feel. Two staterooms, two heads with stall showers, and ample storage throughout. Boarding is a snap, with molded steps up the swim platform and hull side steps to the aft deck at port and starboard. Powered with twin 370 Marine Power engines with low hours. She is well-cared for and priced to move!
