Cleanest Island Packet 27 I have ever seen!
Current owners have done a good job maintaining and taking care of this beautiful sample of an IP 27. If you are looking for a great cruising boat that is ready to go, look no further.

This Island Packet has been maintained and treated with the upmost of care. Very Good Condition. Head was recently replaced, bottom has been maintained and the little wood that is on this boat still has a lot of its original shine! And the moderate draft full keel gives the full capability for blue water passages as well as exploring shallow coastal waters.

On deck, the Island Packet 27 features a wide bowsprit anchor platform, raised bulwarks, premium coarse diamond nonskid, full length cabin top hand rails, and double bow and stern rails with double lifelines for secure deck work. The roomy cockpit features contoured seats with deep coaming backrests, a comfortable helmsman's seat, large seat locker and loose gear tray, cockpit icebox, water tight engine access hatch and rack and pinon geared wheel steering for precise feel and utmost reliability." ~ Island Packet 27 Brochure

100% hand laid fiberglass construction throughout w/lSO/NPG type gel coat for maximum durability, PolyClad bottom gel coat system
Hull molded in one piece with extra strong triaxial glass, unified with an engineered molded interior grid structure
Deck laminate cored with advanced PolyCore - a tough micro sphere & resin matrix that has maximum resistance to rot and delamination.

The main salon offers 6'2" headroom with a 6'4" settee to port and a 6'6" settee to starboard, which converts to a double. Bulkhead mounted table folds up out of the way when not in use. Leaf extension provides seating for 4-6 at mealtime. Cabin ports open to create a nice cross breeze when at anchor. Storage is below settees, behind the settee setbacks, and on fiddled shelves along the hull-sides to port and starboard.

Galley is conveniently located aft, just to port of the companionway. Single basin stainless sink provides hot and cold pressurized fresh water, next to a 2-burner alcohol stove. Formica extension flips up for additional counter space. Opening cabin port above the stove allows for ventilation while cooking. Storage is in a louvered cabinet below the stove, a trash bin below the sink, behind hullside sliders, and in drawers and cubbies along the aft bulkhead. Ice box is below the counter in the corner.

Aft, to starboard of the companionway is a comfortable quarter berth.
