VESSEL WALKTHROUGH
VESSEL WALKTHROUGH
Commencing aft on the main deck is the spacious open air extended aft deck with storage boxes, teak chairs and dining table and access to the ladder leading to the large swim/dive platform. Port and starboard access to the convenient walkaround side decks allow easy passage to the foredeck sunpad area and make for easy line handling for docking manoeuvers.
The entire interior of the vessel is finished in generous quantities of teak wood and quietly elegant upholstered surfaces of beiges, creams, khakis and burgundies.
Wide sliding glass doors allow entry to the salon and main interior deck area. The salon features a sofa to port with two luxurious easy chairs centerline and to starboard. A formal dining area to port and forward in the salon consists of a circular wood pedestal table and six upholstered dining chairs. Opposite to starboard is the staircase leading up to the flybridge and another staircase leading below to the master stateroom suite and engine room access.
All the way forward in the salon is access to the main deck galley which features full sized kitchen appliances by Kenmore, Kitchen Aid, Panasonic and Frigidaire. The white Corian counter tops, full sized stainless steel sink and generous storage make this galley one of the largest and best laid out food service areas on any boat in its size range.
Continuing forward on the main deck is the lower pilothouse featuring port and starboard wing doors allowing easy access to the side and foredeck areas. The fully instrumented lower helm features plenty of space for the engine and electronics instrumentation. The main electrical panel for the vessel is located to port and a companionway staircase accessing the lower deck guest quarters is to starboard.
Forward lower deck guest quarters consist of three separate state rooms and two guest heads. All the way forward in the forepeak is the first cabin with upper and lower berths to port and storage drawers and bench seat to starboard. A private head and shower is located to starboard.
Directly aft to port is the second guest head which services the two aft guest staterooms to port and starboard. The port stateroom has a double berth with storage drawers and hanging locker and the starboard cabin features side by side single berths again with storage drawers and hanging locker.
MASTER STATEROOM SUITE
The 63’ Viking motoryacht master stateroom suite is legendary in the boating world for its sheer size and amenities. Full beam and amidships, it is accessed by a private staircase leading from the salon and opening into an alcove hallway with a large cedar lined hanging locker outboard.
At the end of the alcove entry hall, the stateroom opens onto the full beam master cabin dominated by a massive king-sized centerline berth. Teak cabinetry abounds throughout the cabin. An upholstered settee to starboard and a make-up table and seat to port along with bookshelves and additional hanging locker space forward completes the luxurious feel of this generous space. Forward and to port is the private master head with his and hers sinks and a separate shower and tub. The Vacu-flush head is located all the way forward and a linen closet is located inboard just forward of the entry door.
ENGINE AND MACHINERY SPACE
The entrance to this area is located at the bottom of the master staircase landing opens into a small utility room with storage cabinets, counter space, and small refrigerator. This utility room also contains the access to the full beam engine room and machinery space containing the 12V71 Detroit Diesel main engines and the two Kohler generators, Air conditioning units, battery chargers, Village Marine water maker and the other necessary ship’s technical systems.
UPPER DECK
The Flybridge deck is accessed via the staircase in the salon and opens onto the starboard upper deck just aft of the fully instrumented upper helm. The helm seating consists of the captain’s and two companion seats. Just aft of the helm seating is a dining and bench seating area with access to the aft boat deck. This entire area is covered by a Bimini top.
The aft boat deck contains the secured 13’ Nautica tender with a 50hp Yamaha 4-stroke outboard and 1000 lb davit crane. There is also a canister packed emergency liferaft secured to the deck in this area.
