45' VIKING 45 Convertible

INTERIOR, Redone:  New carpeting - dark green (fully wrapping the hatches to hide the seams); new vinyl floor in head; new shower head set up; retinted salon with limo-tint; installed boat blinds; installed 12 CD changer; varnished; installed foil covered lead based soundproofing/heat proofing on ceiling of engine room; new comforter in master.

DECK & HULL:  New solid stainless strikerrail; recent painted decks and hard top (non-skid); front brow clear-coated (doesn't need waxing all the time); painted bootstripes; gold accent stripe around bridge; hull compounded and waxed; painted fighting chair with clear insulator to prevent galvanic corrosion; new faucets in cockpit; cushions redone on the flybridge; flybridge carpeted; new black and gold dock lines.  New canvas package - full wrap-around on bridge, lexan panels on the corners of the front, sunbrella cockpit and hatch covers; stamoid rain skirt, double cover for front windows (black mesh covered by offwhite rain skirt - makes the front look like it's glassed in); deck rails are brushed aluminum and very thick; s.s. Marquip dinghy davit.

ENGINE ROOM/MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT:  All high pressure hoses and clamps replaced; new Racor fuel filtering system installed; intercoolers, pulled, cleaned and tested; brand new turbos installed on each engine;  impellers replaced; overflows installed for intercooler; extra parts stored on boat; new battery charger and batteries installed last year; new pulleys on genset; all Y-valves and hoses on waste system have been replaced; new vacuum pump for the head installed; shower sump reworked and replumbed; float gauge system on head; set of spare props.

ELECTRONICS:  Completely redone electronics on the bridge - removed previous equipment and shifted things around; repaired and relocated the Single Side Band Radio (SEA); installed new Furuno 120 mi radar; new Furuno color GPS chart plotter/sounder (has three cartridges - West Coast of Florida, Keys and South Florida, Bahamas - also interfaces with radar and autopilot); new SEA VHF; new CD player/stereo on flybridge; new antennas and stainless standoffs; new stereo speakers; Cetrek autopilot; Northstar Loran (back up system); Furuno Sonar system (high end system) has a telescoping transducer that lowers below the hull and can rotate to see in all directions.  The bridge also has a plastic windscreen wrap around that protects from wind when canvas is open - essentially like a center console boat; 2 Sony TV's.

FISHING EQUIPMENT:  Lee fighting chair; helm chairs match and have the ladder back wood design, their bases are polished chrome; Lee rod holders; Rupp outriggers including third rigger on top of the hardtop; aluminum rocket launcher rod holder on the bridge; bait freezer and tackle center.

REMARKS:  One of the cleanest 45' Vikings; performs like a much newer boat and is well maintained.  The bottom is cleaned monthly by divers and the boat is washed twice a month by professionals.
