PRICE REDUCED

SLEAUX's been well maintained her whole life. She sustained some hurricane damage from Ian and is priced $25,000 BELOW market value. This is a perfect boat for someone who's comfortable with a project to complete before your next sailing adventure.

Please call me to discuss her condition or to set up a showing.

Whoever's fortunate enough to purchase this boat and repair her properly will be very lucky indeed, as she's been well cared for by this 3rd owner and the 2 owners before that.

She has many thoughtful upgrades including:

Spinnaker, Jib and Main sail, all in excellent condition

New solar charger

New water pump last April

New Macerator

Windows screens designed to keep Florida NOSEUMS out!

AC and heat that work great.

Excellent navigation and radio

4 brand new 6v batteries

Designated starter battery

Oversized Bruce anchor 44 lb plus another Danforth anchor

Teak rail covers

Fire extinguisher in good condition, all safety equipment including life jackets

Outdoor shower with hot water

Hot water heater

10' Porta-Bote Dinghy with a fuel tank and a Tohatsu MFS 6hp 4S motor.

Beautiful plexiglass companionway doors in addition to teak ones.

She's presently in Port Charlotte on the Hard and was in the same spot during Ian. Because of some storm damage, we've reduced the asking price by over $18k. She was inspected after the storm and the mast and hull are good. Standing and running rigging are in great condition.

She now has a "Catalina Smile", needs an exhaust elbow, The Bimini and Dodger flew off though housing's still there, and the solar panels are non functional.

She had a recent survey in May and approx. 5 cracks were discovered in the bilge (damage from Ian fall) and will need to be repaired.

Please call me to discuss or to set up a private showing.
