Accommodations
The Freedom 28 interior was designed to accommodate up to 6. The fore cabin features a 6'-6''long v-berth with insert filler and storage below. There are two drawers in the face of the v-berth; a large hanging locker is located to starboard. A bi-fold door turns this cabin into a pleasant private stateroom for two. Ventilation and light is provided by an overhead hatch and an opening port. Next aft and to port is a fully enclosed head with a manual marine toilet, molded fiberglass sink with H&C pressure water and shower, light and ventilation is provided by a deck hatch and opening port. The main salon has to opposing settees and a fold down table that will seat 6 comfortably. Outboard of the port settee is the AC/DC electrical panel with a bookshelf forward. To starboard is a bookshelf. The aft end of the port settee can be raised to create a sit down nav station. On the port side aft is a comfortable single quarter berth. The interior is finished in rich hand rubbed oiled teak, the cabin sole is teak and holly.

Deck & Hull
One piece molded fiberglass constructed to ABS standards using balsa coring for rigidity. Keel is externally ballasted lead. Spade rudder with wheel steering. Deck is one piece hand laminated with balsa core and molded in non-skid. Toe rails are perforated aluminum for superior hull/deck joint strength and low maintenance.
