Forward Cabin:
Two 6'4" V-berths with filler. Berths can be easily removed to convert to sail storage. Two fans and a large anodized aluminum hatch with screen over the fore cabin for excellent ventilation. Large hanging locker to starboard and aft of the V-berth. Bi-fold door closes off the fore cabin from the main salon which provides private master stateroom. There is shelving outboard on port and starboard. Two Bose speakers forward and 7" flat screen TV ingeniously installed on port side of V-berth for entertainment pleasure, both DVD and TV reception. Two high-intensity reading lights.
Head:
Completely enclosed head to port with 20-gal holding tank. Molded sink and countertop with pressure hot and cold water. Shower nozzle integrated in sink faucet and teak grate over dedicated shower sump with pump; hanging and linen locker outboard in head.
Salon:
Port settee pulls out to become a double berth with water tank under and storage behind. Enclosed cupboards and book case above the settee and excellent storage under. Straight settee to starboard with fuel tank under and storage behind. All settees reupholstered in 2001 with spare roll of fabric. Table is hinged to the bulkhead and fold out of the way when not in use. There is a bookcase behind the table. Marine Air 16,000 BTU air conditioning and reverse cycle heat/dehumidifier including a remote air handler (blower unit) with a high velocity fan. Sony stereo with speakers throughout the boat and in the cockpit. 150W x 2-amp DVD player and Sony 10 CD changer with extra 10 CD cartridge. Over $3000 spent on stereo and television system. Navigation center:
30"x42" chart table with storage under. Contoured navigators seat with removable back for easy access to the quarter berth. All instrumentation cleanly installed. 11" flat screen TV on an ingenious swivel mount viewable from the quarter berth or anywhere in the salon. 12V DC accessory plug and 110V inverter for laptop. Book shelf added at nav station for manuals; storage compartment below.
Quarter berth:
Large double quarter berth aft of the nav center with good ventilation from a large opening port.
There is a total of 12 opening hatches and ports. New Lexan in overhead hatches. V-berth, salon and companionway hatches have removable screens.
Galley
Deep S/S sink with hot and cold pressure water and foot pump for manual use. There is a three-burner gimbaled CSI stove and oven fueled by CNG with extra CNG cylinder in cockpit lazarette. There is a new Shur-Flo pump on the fresh water system with new accumulator tank. Ten-gallon water heater with heat exchanger and alternate 110V service. Adler-Barbour 12V refrigerator/freezer system installed in ice box with new fan for compressor for improved circulation and lower amp draw. Pot and pan storage behind sink and under countertop next to sink. Integrated cutting board in countertop.

HullHull and deck are hand-laid up fiberglass mat and uni-directional roving with coring in both hull and deck for strength and lightness. There is a full structural hull liner incorporating the keel floor and engine bed. Hull to deck joint mechanically fastened with extruded rail.
Additional Salesperson's RemarksMainsheet and traveler, as well as jib sheets can be adjusted from behind wheel for great single- or short-handed sailing.
Tartan craftsmanship and a careful, meticulous owner make this a must-see. Numerous, well-thought out upgrades inside and outside add up to excellent value. Practical Sailor rated the Tartan 34 as one of the best.
Exclusions
Lighthouse picture on salon bulkhead and all seller's personal affects are excluded from the sale of the vessel.
