The Catalina 27 is an American classic. They were launched in 1971, with more than 6000 boats that were built during a 20-year production. The Catalina 27 could possibly the best-selling 27-footer of all time. This 1985 model has an inboard diesel, wheel steering, and self tailing winches. She has a simple formula with a modern hull shape and a high-volume interior. She is a spacious family cruiser with a PHRF rating of  210. She will be raced competitively on Wednesday nights or in active one-design fleet. The 27 is an ideal boat for most, daysailing and weekend outings.
