Overview
Beautifully Awlgripped Flag Blue in 1999, this yacht has many upgrades and an extensive sail inventory. She is in excellent condition, is well-equipped and well cared for, and is a highly recommended performance cruiser with a most respectable PHRF rating of 114.
Accommodations
Sleeps up to seven adults. Forward V Berth is 6' 4" and includes a cushion filler. Storage shelf forward, plus bureau, drawers, and cupboard. Oiled teak finishes are in excellent condition. The Head is next to port with integrated shower stall, teak floor grate, and pressure water. Macerator pump installed. To starboard is a hanging locker. The main salon features a 6' 4" settee to starboard, and a U-shaped dinette settee to port which is convertible to a 6' 4" long double berth. Shelves and storage compartments are outboard with sliding plexi doors. Table and bulkheads are teak. Cabin sole is teak and holly. L shaped Galley is next to port, and the sit down, forward facing Nav station is to starboard. Aft is a 6'3" double quarter berth with oiled teak side finish and storage shelf. All cushions covered in attractive blue tweed fabric in excellent condition.
Galley
L- shaped Galley to port at base of companionway. Deep double stainless steel sink with pressurized water. Large icebox with double insulated lid and internal acrylic shelf. Two-burner stainless steel Hillerange propane stove & oven. Under counter storage, overhead cupboards and bulkhead drawers provide ample stowage.

Nav station to starboard has built in drawers in pedestal, opening chart table, and instrument panel.
