Spirit is a centerboard boat with a draft of only 4.3 ft when centerboard up which makes her ideal for  cruising while, when centerboard is down , she draws more which provides exceptional offshore sailing ability as well as flexibility when docking in Florida waters.

Sparkman and Stephens design with Tartan influence. Popular for their stability and speed. And gorgeous hand crafted interior woodwork. Hull is hand laid fiberglass with end grain balsa coring to improve stiffness without sacrificing weight. In high stress areas such as mast step, through hull fittings, chain plate terminals, engine supports and keel sections the coring tapers into solid fiberglass. The deck follows same construction methods with non-skid surface molded into all flat areas.

Original owner of this Tartan 37 has performed routine maintenance with periodic upgrades to maintain and bring her to current beautiful condition. All records available.
