Remarks
Classic 30-foot cruiser that has set a design standard for many years! Exceptional volume above and below decks for a boat of this size. Very stable and easy to sail. 6'3" headroom, sleeps seven, lots of storage. Nav station has been converted to a custom navigation table, much like the brand new Catalina. She has been well cared for and she's clean and ready to have new owners. Great boat at a great location in San Diego.
Exclusions
All seller's personal effects are excluded from the sale of the vessel. 10� Achilles dinghy with 3.5-hp Nissan outboard are available for sale separately at $1,800.00 (dinghy and outboard are not in San Diego).
