Accommodations
V-Berth in forward cabin, head to port with lockers and drawers to starboard. U-shaped dinette to port in main salon converts to large double berth. Very long settee on starboard side provides single berth for sleeping. Aft end of salon has galley to port, companionway on centerline and navigation area to starboard. Large area for double berth is located from starboard quarter to past centerline and extends under cockpit. Opening hatches in V-berth and head. Cushions and fabric were new in 1996. Cabin heater installed in 2000 (cozy 9000 btu LP). Woodwork was varnished with Epifanes in 1997 and is in excellent condition. There is a manual head and holding tank.

VHF radio "Raytheon 4500" 1999, Pioneer DEH 245 CD/AM/FM stereo 1999, Autohelm by Raytheon depth & speed 1998, Furuno 1621 MK11 16 mile LCD radar mast mounted in 1998 and Danforth pedestal mounted 5" compass.

Sloop rig with Furlex roller furling 1999, new main 7.3 oz & 150% Genoa 7.3 ox 2000, Harken blocks throughout 1999. New England ropes Sta-Set for all sheets and N.E.R. Sta-Set x for halyards 2000. 316 stainless standing rigging with Stay-Lok fittings 2000.
Hull & Deck
Aft cockpit and new Edson wheel steering 2000, new dodger and frame with Stratta glass windows and awning 2000. Anchor locker on bow with 2 anchors, self bailing cockpit, teak cockpit grates, double lifelines new 1997, stainless bow and stern puplit. Hull is white with double blue boot stripe and single blue cove stripe and deck is white with gray non-skid. Fiberglass and non-skid area are in excellent condition. There is a stainless folding swim ladder on the stern. Dock lines and fenders. Engines controls in cockpit were new in 1997.
Galley
Two burner Force Ten LP stove with large oven 1997, stainless steel sink with 12 volt pressure water, icebox and ample dry goods storage.

LP burner stove with oven, stripped and barrier coated bottom, new teak floorboards for cockpit, refastened keel and added new stainless bolts, new lifelines, new Raritan manual head. In 1998 the additions include new engine & transmission with gauges, new waterlock muffler, new motor mounts, new radar Furuno Model 1621 Mark 2. In 1999 extensive work included rebedding all deck hardware and ports, complete electrical system including batteries, panel and marine grade wire, all new plumbing including new holding tank hoses and fittings, new Jabsco macerator, new Furlex 200S roller furler system, new sheets for main, genoa and boom vang, new Raytheon 4500 VHF, new pioneer DEH 245 CD/AM/FM Stereo, custom built chart table with flush mounted stereo and VHF, new exhaust hose and bronze through hull on transom, new counter top and faucet for galley, new bilge pump and hose, new three bladed bronze propeller, new Bruce 22 lb anchor with 12 feet of 3/8 chain and 250 ft rode. In 2000 more improvements such as the exterior teak was refinished with Sikkens Cetol 4 coats, new main sail 7.3 oz, 150% Genoa 7.3 Sunbrella UV and storm jib 7.3 oz, new teak cabin top 10 loop hand rails, new Edson wheels steering with cup holders and new chain and cable, new 316 stainless standing rigging with stay lok fittings, new dodger and stainless frame made with Sunbrella fabric and Strata glass, new cockpit awning, new self contained 20 lb. aluminum tank LP system, 2 new deep cycle batteries, new steaming and anchor light mast wiring with a new VHF antenna,new halyards Say-Set X, cockpit floor sanded and gel coated, outboard motor bracket, drivesaver vibration and electrolysis isolator or propeller shaft, and new cockpit scupper hoses...
