Accommodations
The Gulfstar 43 CC has an aft stateroom with a large queen berth. The toilet in the enclosed head was removed and replaced with an extra-large shower. Master stateroom has hanging lockers and lots of storage. There is a huge engine compartment under the cockpit with the entry from the walkway on the starboard side leading to and from the aft cabin. Moving forward on starboard, there is an outboard facing chart table opposite a U-shaped galley. The main salon has a L-shaped dinette on the starboard side opposite a single settee. Moving forward there is a v-berth and head. The cabin sole was replaced with a beautiful hardwood solid flooring. There are large overhead hatches over both the forward and aft staterooms and lots of opening ports. All hatches have Lewmar (Oceanair) sunshade/bug screens.

� Galley
NOVA COOL R5810 Fridge 'n Freezer (12VDC & 110VAC) Dometic Drop in Deep Freeze 1.5 cubic ft (12VDC & 110VAC) Force 10 Three Burner Propane Stove w/Oven The galley is of teak and melamine cabinetry with a melamine counter-top and has a 1.5 cubic foot icebox/freezer unit to port, which is top opening along with an under counter Nova Cool R5810 AC/DC Fridge Freezer. A three-burner stainless steel gimbaled Force 10 propane stove with oven is installed to port. There is a large double stainless-steel sink with Moen fixtures. The sink is drained outboard, through the hull via good quality water hose, clamped at the ball-valve seacock thru hull fitting connection point. The water system is served with one 12V DC pump to the water faucets and shower from the ship's holding tanks.

Salon
This area is fitted with a convertible dinette settee type berths to port well upholstered with an off- white patterned material. The backrests to port and starboard lift up for extra storage outboard. The forward saloon bulkheads are veneered in teak. The settee fronts, galley and bulkhead edges are all trimmed with teak. The salon dinette table is plywood with melamine trim. Standing headroom is 6' - O" plus in main salon.
Cockpit / Hardtop
HARDTOP: The vessel is fitted with a custom-made hardtop over the cockpit area, which is well equipped with a complete wrap-around canvas/screens and a tempered glass window system manufactured by American Marine for good protection in adverse weather conditions. Navigation instruments are housed in upper console over helm.
LOCKERS: All exposed surfaces inside lockers are painted with gelcoat.

Hull and Deck
KEEL: Lead internal ballast keel. Bottom of keel has Kevlar for added protection.
CHAINPLATES: Heavy-duty stainless-steel rods with eyes for upper and lower shrouds port and starboard, using stainless steel bolts. The chain plate assemblies are well secured to the hull. Stem fitting is of stainless steel, chocks are installed.
BOW PULPIT: 16-gauge 1 1/2" polished stainless steel all welded construction with three legs, double rail with welded lugs for double safety lines and navigation lights. STERN RAIL: Generally, as the bow pulpit
STANCHIONS: Stainless steel tube - 1" and Stainless-steel stanchions thru-bolted to the toe rail. LIFELINES: Stainless steel tube 1� with SS wire midpoint, with toggle fastening and pelican hooks at side gates and stern pulpit gate.
SHEET TRACKS-GENOA: On port and starboard ââ?¬â?? aluminum alloy ââ?¬Å?Tââ?¬ï¿½ section tracks, fitted port and starboard. Adjustable fair lead cars are fitted on both tracks.
HAND RAILS: All teak fitted port and starboard and thru -bolted on coach roof. SS handrails on cockpit hardtop. HATCHES: Lewmar ââ?¬â?? Seven (7) Smoked Plexiglas type with handles below. Main sliding hatch is teak sliding on teak runners. Vertical companionway has two saloon type opening doors with plexiglass windows and screens. MAST STEP: "T" section aluminum alloy at keel.

RUNNING LIGHTS: 12V - DC -All LED, recently new

WINCHES: Two Lewmar 46 ST - both winches appear to be in satisfactory condition and working order. However, cleaning and lubrication is recommended at a convenient opportunity. Two extra winches not installed for staysail (cutter).
BOARDING LADDERS: One movable 1� stainless steel tube-folding ladder - port side and aft starboard. Also, two stainless steel steps on stern port side descending to swim platform.
Rum Rations is sloop rigged. Whisker pole and spinnaker pole are stowed against mast when not in use.
